Description

Glenmoor 44’ is a Two bedroom (38ft x 12ft) with double glazing and central heating.

It has a double Master bedroom with fitted wardrobe, dressing table with a mirror, sink and stool. There are bedside cupbards and bedside shelves. There is a twin bedroom with twin beds, single wardrobe unit with drawers, over-bed storage and a bedside table with a lamp.

The main bathroom consists of a toilet, a large shower enclosure, sink with under cupboard storage and a heated towel rail.

The open plan lounge area is fitted with two sofas, an electric fire and a 29" digital TV with DVD player. The dining table is also located in the lounge area with seating for 4 adults.

The kitchen is fitted with a large cooker, with oven and grill, a toaster, microwave and larder fridge with a freezer box. There is also ample storage above and below the work surfaces.

Outside is decking area with a table, chairs and parasol. A parking area is located within 30m of the caravan.

Location
Glenmoor forty-one is located in a quiet part of the park, yet still within just a few hundred yards of all the site facilities.

On site facilities include an indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool, mini golf, two play areas for children, site shop and a launderette.

The site has the "Bay view Club" with nightly entertainment for both adults and children. There is also an amusement centre, take-away restaurant for snacks and free wi-fi in the main club house.

Within a short walk you will find a beach and a cliff top walk with breathtaking views!

There is a bus service that runs from the park to Brixham where you will be able to make connections to all of Torbay and the surrounding areas.

A pleasant drive away, you will find the towns of Paignton, Torquay, Dartmouth and Babbacombe.

There are plenty of things to see and do in the surrounding area for the thrill seekers and those looking for a relaxing break.

We have just today returned from Glenmoor 44. The caravan was clean & comfortable with everything we needed for a weeks stay. Upon arrival we were surprised to find a hamper with tea, coffee, sugar, cereals and lots more. Cleaning products & cloths were also left for us to use. Such a kind gesture after what’s been a horrid year. We absolutely loved our stay here & are already planning to return. The area is amazing! There is so much to do we didn’t stop. There’s a path on site to a beautiful little beach called St Mary’s bay, just stunning! Allan was very informative and always kept us up to date. 5* service thank you so much :)

FROM BOOKING TO LEAVING THE CARAVAN WAS 1ST CLASS, ALLAN IS VERY ACCOMODATING . THE CARAVAN WAS VERY WELL EQUIPPED, WARM AND ENSURED A VERY PLEASANT STAY AT BAY VIEW. THE WELCOME PACK WAS A LOVELY TOUCH AND INDEED VERY WELCOME. LOOK FORWARD TO A RETURN VISIT IN OCTOBER.

We enjoyed a comfortable and peaceful stay in a quiet location . The site has easy access to scenic views and nature walks. There is so much to see and do within a small radius of this site. Would definitely recommend it whether you are looking for a good rest or an activity filled stay in glorious Devon

SUPERB CARAVAN VERY COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN WITH ALL THAT WE NEEDED. VERY MUCH LIKE HOME FROM HOME WE WERE ALL VERY IMPRESSED. LOVELY LOCATION FOR EXPLORING THIS PART OF THE COUNTRY. REALLY EASY TO BOOK, ALLAN WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND EFFICIENT. ALREADY PLANNING TO BOOK AGAIN FOR NEXT YEAR.

WE WERE AMAZED AT THE SIZE AND MODERNESS OF THE CARAVAN . A VERY ENJOYABLE AND RELAXING HOLIDAY. ALAN TREATED US WITH A VERY FRIENDLY ATTITUDE AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUERIES PROMPTLY . A nice caravan was very spacious and very clean in a nice quiet part of the site. The site is very clean and well maintained. The welcome Hamper was greatly appreciated. We had a really good week and we will stay again in the future.
