Open plan spacious lounge with fixed furniture, pull out bed, dining table & 4 chairs, 32" freeview TV, DVD, DAB radio, gas fire. Shower room, large powerful shower enclosure, basin c/w storage cupboard, wall cabinet , CH boiler. Twin room 2 singles, can be pushed together to create double, over bed storage, mirror & wardrobe. Main bedroom is en -suite, king size bed, wall mounted TV, 2 double mirrored wardrobes & 4 drawers, above bed storage, bedside cupboards, bedside lights. Quilts & pillows provided, you will need to bring your own bed linen & towels (unless agreed prior to your stay at a cost) Passes are not included but can be purchased from reception 1 minute away.

Can't fault the caravan at all, modern, comfortable, very well equipped, has everything you would need including a seating/decking area outside. You can't park the car next to the caravan at this site but as you are second row back you park in the parking area in front of row 1 or on the grass. We only used the swimming pool which can be busy at times but you can work around that. Cayton is very central to a lot of places with a bus stop directly outside the site and as we were out all day every day, we never made the evening entertainment and my kids are too old for the play parks. Were we happy with our stay in this Caravan, absolutely you won't be disappointed.
