Owner Description

Situated on Browns Holiday Park we have a spacious 6 berth caravan with central heating, double glazed windows & doors. There is also a private garden area, parking bay and veranda to relax in the sun. Also own caravan no32 on Browns Holiday Park ref 2739.

The lounge has a seating area, gas fire, 40'' TV with built in free view plus a dining table and chairs.

The master bedroom had a double bed, the other two bedrooms had two single beds which can be pushed together to form a double bed.

The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and gas cooker.

Local amenities include Tyr Prince complex , countless shops, arcades, takeaways, pubs and clubs as well as 2 fair grounds, ample parking, doctors, pharmacy and post office. There is also a Asda supermarket within walking distance.

The A55 is situated a couple of miles away if traveling by car, Public transport is also available across North Wales to places including; Rhyl, Conwy, Llandudno, Anglesey and much more.

Keys can be collected from Browns Holiday Park reception between 1400hrs - 1630hrs on the day of arrival and must be returned by 1000hrs on day of departure. Bedding, sheets and towels will not be provided.
