Brilliant stay here in a lovely peaceful location that was in walking distance of all the facilities. Communication throughout the whole booking process was faultless and we would definitely stay again!

A lovely caravan is an good location 5 minutes walk from the main complex. The owner was helpful and provided all the information you needed to enjoy your stay. The van is very clean and homely we would re book.

We had a great holiday in this caravan. Really clean and comfortable, lovely veranda out the front which is great for chilling in the sun, you can also see the sea from here which makes it a great setting. On a nice part of the site just a couple of minutes walk from the reception and other facilities, also quiet round here as very limited traffic passing by Thanks to Suzanne for recommendations on the surrounding area on where to eat etc

Hi Really pleased you enjoyed your stay. The van feels so bare without the usual extras which make it more comfortable but that has been done to make cleaning much easier. I’m pleased some of the information I shared with you was useful. In these post lockdown times with limits on facilities onsite it felt right to share more than I usually would. Great holiday in a lovely caravan which was ideally located on the park near the entertainment complex. Perfect for us with young children. Excellent communication from the owner and we wouldn't hesitate to book the same caravan again in the future.

Lovely carvan. In great pitch on the park. Very near to beach and main complex. A nice walk Upton the lake side. Would definitely recommend this for family’s. Suzanne the owner is very helpful.

My husband and I, along with 4 grandchildren stayed in this lovely caravan, which is in new condition and has everything you need. It is located in a quiet area at the top of the site but is only a short walk to the main activities. Our weather was great and we really enjoyed our short break, even the thunder and lightning on the last night !! Booking was simple and easy and Suzanne gave us all the information we needed.

Myself and two female friends stayed with our 3 children all aged 10 years, over the May bank holiday weekend. The caravan is gorgeous. Very spacious and lots of room for the 6 of us. The caravan appears brand new and has everything you require. It is situated in a quiet location at the top of the park but still close enough to easily access the main amenities. The weather was glorious and we were able to use the decking and seating area. Booking was straight forward and Suz was helpful and friendly from start to finish. We loved it so much we will be booking again soon.

This is a beautiful caravan; it appeared to be brand new and everything was in pristine condition. It's in a great location right at the top of the site, so very quiet and no passing traffic. Patio area would be wonderful to enjoy in summer (though no use to us in October!). Very efficient central heating, powerful shower, comfortable beds, well-kitted out kitchen. What more could you ask for? We had a great time and Suz (the owner) could not have been more helpful. We've left a few maps and leaflets for places we visited and enjoyed. You might want to bring your slippers to preserve the cream carpets!!
