Owner Description
The Valley is a small, family run campsite, set in 10 acres of woodlands and meadows. We have just the one static caravan, set in a garden location.
There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with gas cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. The kitchen is complete with pots, pans cutlery and crockery etc for 6 people.
There is a large and comfortable living/dining area with an electric fire, and Freesat TV with integral DVD player. There is a variety of books, board games and DVDs. AS well as lots of local information.
The master bedroom has a double bed bed and plenty of storage.
The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds with cupboards and storage space.
There is a pull out double bed in the living room, so the caravan can sleep 6.
Pillows & Duvets provided but you must supply linen.
The bathroom comprises of a large shower cubicle, basin with storage unit and a w/c.
There are lots of public footpaths nearby including one from the site to the beach at Amroth, which takes about an hour, and takes you through the woods and the National Trust Colby Woodland Gardens. It is 5 minutes in the car the coast at Amroth and just 6 miles from Tenby and Saundersfoot. Use of a car is recommended. There are lots of family attractions nearby these include: Folly Farm, Oakwood Theme Park, Heatherton, Blue Lagoon Water Park, Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, and Colby Woodland Park National Trust Gardens.
Amroth has a good range of facilities. The village shop sells a groceries, household essentials, newspapers and gifts, there are a number of pubs that serve food, these include the Temple Bar Inn, Amroth Hotel, The Smugglers and The New Inn, The Pirate Café also serves lovely food. Many of these establishments provide a take away service.
The nearest supermarket is in Kilgetty, a short drive away. Kilgetty also has a good variety of take away outlets including Indian, Chinese and Fish and Chips.
We do not accept pets and do not allow smoking in our holiday home. We are sorry but there is currently no wifi available on the site. We live on the site, so if you need anything or have any questions we are normally around to help.
