Cosalt Monaco, sea views, parking, double glazed, fully central heated throughout, very close to the sea, The caravan is ideally situated on the site and is close to all the amenities ** including indoor heated pool, clubhouse, amusements and mini fun fair. The caravan has a paved area for outdoor dining or for soaking up the rays. No same sex groups (site rules), no smoking,the kids club on this site is brilliant and your children or grand children will love it.

This site is ideal for walkers as it is on the welsh coastal path route and also for dolphin spotters.Within walking distance of Aberystwyth and Borth.

You will need to take bed sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases, bath towels and tea towels (we provide duvets, pillows and mattress protectors). We do require £50 deposit on top of the price shown which will be returned when caravan has been checked on departure and left with no damage and clean and tidy ready for next guests. Gas and electric included. Strictly no smoking and no same sex groups. PLEASE LEAVE CARAVAN WITH NO DAMAGE AND CLEAN AND TIDY READY FOR NEXT GUESTS OR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THANK YOU.

We require an upfront NON REFUNDABLE payment of £50 to secure your dates with the balance due 4 weeks before your stay (if your break starts within 4 weeks then we will require full payment on booking - including the security deposit).

Accommodation is available from 4.00 pm on start day of your arrival and must be vacated by 12.00 am on day of departure THANK YOU AND HAVE A LOVELY HOLIDAY.
