Owner Description

The Caravans is a 3 bedroom include 1 doubled and 2 singles bedroom with a large decking area, sleeps 8 people comfortably, has a reclining doubled bed in the sitting area, fully furnished, double glazed and central heating. We take great care to look after our holiday home the owner uses and can let out when not in use.

Property is newly built and decorated. New 32 inch smart TV, DVD and other appliances.

The accommodation location is centrally placed within the park, 2 minutes to Gym, swimming pool and others.

Customer will need to purchase passes.

Parking available for two cars, it is furnished with all you need from a home from home, there is plenty to do on site, numerous eateries, including pizza chip shop, sports bar offering breakfast lunch and evening meal, coffee shop, 2 entertainment venues offering daily shows, the sports bar itself with 26 TV's ensuring you never miss a game, swimming pool, soft play area, kids clubs for all ages offering great entertainment programmes, the sports rangers who offer a great outdoor entertainment programme, on site shop and laundrette beauty salon, the list goes on.

Also the beach is directly over the road from site across the golf course, as well as Rhyll and Prestatyn 5 mins in car or bus. If you would like any further information or wish to make a booking please email and I guarantee you will have a fantastic holiday all we ask is that you leave our caravan in the condition you find it in so other holiday makers can also have the same enjoyable experience.

This caravan is ideal for the larger family. Tea and coffee provided.

We stayed in this caravan on the 10th August for a week and I must say we were really happy with it their was plenty of space for a family of 7 with 3 children and they loved the outside decking so they could run around the caravan was lovely and clean with great facilities we will surely book again next year facilities on the caravan park are great the children enjoyed the swimming you really got everything so no need to go off on a rainy day and the communication was great with the caravan owner so thank you for hiring us your caravan

We booked for family who were coming to visit. Right from the start the communication between the owner and us was good they were there to meet us but if they couldn't have there were other arrangements if necessary. The caravan was spotlessly clean with a warm welcome. The facilities have most things a family could need for a great holiday entertainment for adults & children. We all had a great time. The Caravan was in an absolutely sparkling condition and spacious. There was more than enough room for my wife, mother-in-law and our daugther. It was a complete home away from home for us, with all the essentials/conveniences expected - full kitchen utensils with cutleries, clean and spacious bathroom with shower (separate from toilet) and adequate central heating. We enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee. We enjoyed our Christmas holiday in this caravan and look forward to visiting soon. This caravan has a 100% with us and we would recommend to anyone.
