We had a great time! The caravan was amazingly clean and tidy, the owner is so helpful and responded on time. I greatly recommend it.

Lovely caravan with good facilities, the owner Jayne is really accommodating we had some issues and she was more than happy to help us out and allow us to remain in the van later than checkout. Can recommend highly.

The Lady owner Jayne was great with all the booking, caravan was nice and warm having been a cold weekend. Never used the Haven site because there was to much to do in Blackpool and find that the passes you have to buy are a total waste of money, would recommend the caravan.

A few days back from a great weekend in Blackpool. While we didn't use the facilities on the site itself, it's a great convenient location to get in and out of Blackpool. The caravan had everything we needed and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. We booked direct with the owner, which was painless and efficient.

It was a nice clean caravan. However I was disappointed that we couldn't purchase any passes as there were none left and we weren't told we needed to purchase any prior to visiting. It ended up costing us a lot more. I'm not sure I'd like to return due to cost.

Hi Cheryl iam sorry you were unable to purchase passes, but due to the present covid regulations Haven are restricted on how many passes they can sell ,and at the moment till the regulations are relaxed it's a 1st come 1st serve basis which I know is not ideal ,but is out of my hands .Glad you enjoyed the caravan ,and Blackpool.

We stayed with our 3 year old and dog. Lovely caravan cannot fault in anyway. Clean and tidy had everything you need and shower was great. Would recommend to friends and family.

We recently just stayed here for the weekend and had a great time! I would recommend, the caravan is close to all facilities and was clean and tidy. The owner was very easy to communicate with throughout. Can’t wait to book again!

Cannot fault this caravan, had a lovely stay very comfortable van, central heating makes a huge difference, the shower was brilliant and so was the televisions in all rooms, in a great location, would definitely stay again.

The caravan is very well situated on the park. The caravan is very clean and has everything you would need. All four of us had a fantastic week. The booking process was very good, we had to change dates due to work commitments and this was done without any problem. Would definitely use again and comes highly recommended.

We recently stayed here it was a lovely caravan, not too far from the main complex but far enough to not be too noisy. Also, very clean and well maintained. Jayne was a lovely woman to deal with through the booking process, she was very helpful, professional, and quick to respond and sort out any queries I had, excellent customer service, and would definitely book through jayne again if her caravan is available on our next visit to Marton Mere.
