The caravan has been recently purchased and newly furnished throughout in a nautical theme to give you that seaside experience. Comfortable surroundings to ensure you have a nice relaxing stay and is well equipped with all appliances and utensils. There are 2 x twin rooms with single beds and also 1 large double room with en suite access, the caravan is an 8 berth so can accommodate up to 8 people in total.

In the local area there are lots of fun things to do and days out that can be had. There is something that everyone will enjoy. On the caravan site itself you will find a chip shop which is open till late, a paper shop, as well as a restaurant, pub, arcade, and entertainment area where their is nightly fun as well as direct access to the beach.

PLEASE NOTE: This is strictly a NON-SMOKING or VAPING caravan and NO PETS are allowed. If any evidence of either then this will result in you being removed from the van and your holiday / stay being cancelled. You will receive no refund for the cost of your stay and your deposit will also be retained.

We're one of just a few holiday parks on the North Wales coast with direct access to the beach - great for all the family. Just think you could take your cuppa down there to watch the sunset ! Then in the afternoon take in the stunning views of the Welsh hills, one of the many advantages of being in this beautiful part of the country.

Please note a registration form needs to be completed prior to arrival and a registration fee paid to the site which covers the cost of Park Security, Maintenance, Insurance, Check in Process as well as the key handling process. This also includes the entertainment passes for you to use the complex facilities, adults and children’s entertainment and swimming pool. Please note: the registration charge is payable even if you are choosing not to use the facilities.

We have just arrived home from this caravan, we had a really enjoyable three night stay, the caravan really is a home from home with a beach theme throughout. Peter the owner was easy to contact and very helpful. I would recommend staying in this caravan. .

Very cleverly created beach themed caravan with consistency of the beach theme throughout each room including intricate details ( example bench,table and beach umbrella table sauce holder). Excellent plot on the park with beach less than a 5 minute walk, knightleys funfair 15 minute walk and far enough back from the rail line so as not to be disturbed by passing trains. Excellent amenities in the van, plenty of spare blankets, tea towels cloths wash liquid etc etc. Highly recommended 10/10 will definitely become a regular customer. Thank you

Lovely clean caravan, very spacious and welcoming. Decorated throughout caravan in a beach theme which is inviting and fitting as caravan situated a stone's throw from the gate to get to beach. Slept very well and shower was loved by all. I really like how the toilet is separate from the shower especially with little kiddies and the caravan comes with a travel cot. Will definitely be staying again.

All bookings are subject to a refundable fee of £50 to secure your holiday which is returned after the stay once the caravan has been inspected for any damages, this £50 deposit will not be refunded if you cancel before your visit.

All funds and deposit must be paid in full at least 14 days before the start of your stay.

If you are concerned about booking your holiday due to the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, rest assured that should we need to cancel your holiday due to the park closing due to government instructions that you will receive a refund or be offered the option to change the date of your holiday (This may be subject to additional charges dependent on availability and the dates selected).

A registration form must be completed prior to arrival and all guests are required to report to reception to pay the registration fee, the charge paid will vary depending on the time of your visit and is non-refundable. This charge is to be paid by the guests, prices vary dependant on how many guests are staying and the dates of the stay.
