Main Description

Green 31 is a luxury caravan that sleeps max 6.

Lounge has 3 piece suite with pull out double bed, 32inch flat screen TV on wall with DVD player & wii games console. Double doors leading out onto a large deck.

Sliding doors separating lounge & kitchen.

Kitchen has built in fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer with eye level oven & gas hob.

Main bedroom has king size bed with walk in wardrobe & chest of drawers. 32inch flat screen TV with DVD player. En suite has toilet, basin & bath with over head shower.

Second bedroom can either have double bed or 2 singles. Built in wardrobes with vanity table.

Main bathroom has shower, toilet & basin.

All duvets and pillows supplied. no towels or bed linen however bed linen can be hired for £30.00 for the week.

All passes for bars and entertainment are included

Small charge for swimming pools

Wifi passes for caravan can be bought from reception for around £20 for the week.

The combination of excellent accommodation, a lovely holiday park and unseasonably fine weather was unbeatable! The caravan was extremely well-appointed, clean and comfortable, just as described. It was great to relax in the chairs in the sun on the decking but had the weather been poor, we could have entertained ourselves with a wide selection of console games. The seating was far better than you find in most caravans, properly upholstered chairs rather than the typical cushioned wall benches. The king-size bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room in the second bedroom too. The location within the park was fine because it was quiet but easily accessible and reasonably close to the site facilities. The process of booking and payment was quick and easy. All in all, I would definitely recommend the caravan and the holiday park.

Just got back today we absolutely loved staying in Weymouth the caravan was spacious had everything you needed our young granddaughter loved watching the dvds which was a nice touch the caravan was decorated to high standard the odd touches made you feel welcome and at home thank you Lorraine for letting us stay in your caravan would highly recommend

I’ve only been home 6 hours and I already miss it! The kitchen was better than mine, the sofas were better than mine, everything was better. The caravan is so cozy and comfy. The decking is a lovely space and the caravan is situated in a quiet spot so the decking space was very relaxing. Having the washing machine was a god-send. And the dishwasher and built in oven made eating in feel like a holiday dinner not an average daily chore. Wonderful power shower and loved having a soak in the bath. Wonderful caravan, lovely spot on the park, very nice neighbours too! Plenty of toys, games and dvds for the younger ones as well as plastic dinner ware for them. Can not fault a thing. We will be back for definite.

We have just returned from a few days stay in Lorraine's caravan and wow what a beautiful caravan, we have never stayed in such a nice caravan. Its so homely and luxurious it even has a dishwasher, washing machine and a walk in wardrobe. There are so many little touches that make it so perfect, it is immaculate. The van is situated in a quiet area and a short walk to all the park amenities Our little girl was so impressed with your DVD collection, the cat in the hat is one of our favourites. I would highly recommend this caravan to anyone I have not stopped talking about it actually since I returned. So thank you for letting us stay it was perfect we would definitely like to stay here again.

Just spent a great few days in the October half term at Lorraine's caravan. Lorraine was excellent in the organisation of the booking and through the stay when I had a query. The van is amazing, was so homely and clean when we arrived, really cannot fault a thing. The children loved the Wii and xbox which are available. It is close to the amenities - 5 minute walk to the sports bar/swimming pool and 10 minutes to the local beach. It is an ideal location for visiting Weymouth and the surrounding area. Will definitely be wanting to stay here again.

We have just had two weeks in this lovely caravan. When we arrived the van was exceptionally clean and felt very homely. It is in a lovely quiet spot on Waterside, with a short walk to the sports bar, entertainment and the beach. The caravan was well kitted out with everything you could possibly need. However everything we used we did replace. There is a large decking space which was brilliant for my eldest to play on. This caravan is by far the best we’ve ever stayed in. To have a washing machine aswell with two children was just fantastic! I’d recommend Lorraine to anybody and would certainly book with her in the future. Everything is spot on. Lorraine is also very approachable and efficient with communication.
