We have just returned from a lovely weeks stay at Chris’s caravan. Chris was really helpful, I had messaged to say we would be arriving earlier than usual on the Saturday to try to take advantage of the lovely weather, Chris text me as soon as the caravan was ready which really made it so much easier for us. It was lovely and clean, and the beds were ready made up which was one less job for me to do! The caravan is so close to all of the amenities, we will definitely return ????

This is the second time we have stayed in Chris' lovely caravan. We are two couples with two teenage boys. My Sister-in-law dealt with the booking and she said Chris is very helpful and accommodating, he asked if we wanted double or single duvets in the twin bedrooms, and made up the, very comfortable beds for us. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need, including all cleaning products, washing up liquid, hand soap, bleach etc. There were towels in the bathrooms and tea-towel in the kitchen, kitchen foil, ice cube bags, bin bags, the list goes on. We especially appreciated the large fridge-freezer. The decking area was wonderful to sit out on, which we did every day as it was lovely weather during our stay. The caravan is positioned ideally, with the shop just across the road and the beach path just around the corner. Overall, it was a great find and I would say Chris definitely goes above and beyond to make your stay a home from home. Thank you Chris.

This is our second time at Chris,s caravan. We chose this as I wanted to be close to the beach and the shop. Chris is easy to deal with and really helpful. The caravan was clean ,but with a more central location you will have more people passing ,this wasn’t really an issue as we got used to it over the week! Chris also made the beds into doubles as our children are now older. I would definitely recommend the caravan and we may make it a third time of staying .

Stayed in Chris’s van again for the second time and had a lovely break. The caravan is very comfortable, spacious and clean. Great location for the shop and for the pathway to the beach. The entertainment complex is close by and only a few minutes walk away. Very well equipped with everything you need for your stay, including things like washing up liquid, dishcloths, handwash, etc. Things that are sometimes easily forgotten! Chris is very responsive to any questions you may have and makes the whole process very easy, from booking right to the end. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, we’ll hopefully be booking again for next year soon!

Lovely stay ,very close to the amenities and also the beach path. I did have a few questions regarding the stay and Chris was very quick in answering my concerns ( much appreciated) Would definitely recommend this caravan and also top marks to Chris , for being so efficient.

This was our 3rd stay at Chris’s lovely caravan and once again we had the most amazing holiday. The caravan is completely luxurious and spotlessly clean with everything you could need. Chris is so accommodating and responsive to any requests and makes booking this holiday super easy and stress free. We are hoping to return for our 4th visit next year. 10 out of 10! We have just stayed for a week at Kiln Park in Tenby. We have had a lovely holiday. The Caravan was spotless and a home away from home. Chris was easy to deal with and everything that you could need was provided especially the things you tend to forget. We wouldn't hesitate about booking with Chris again!.

We had a lovely week at the end of July we took our Daughter her partner and 5year old son Chris was a pleasure to deal with very easy to contact and always got back to me straight away.The caravan was lovely and clean and lovely to have beds made up and also to have some hand towels, tea towel and essentials like hand soap, sanitizer and washing up liquid. A very well equipped caravan with some lovely extras. Great location nice decked area and furniture, very near shop and a short walk to complex pool and take aways. Would highly recommend this caravan everything you could want.

Booked this caravan with Chris and have to say what a easy transaction and Chris has been nothing but helpful. Even when I was practically outside the caravan asking where it was lol. As I took my elderly parents 85 and 86 with us it was ideal near the shop for mum to get her morning paper. The two 16 year old were able to go to the beach and pool without me worrying to much. The caravan had all we needed and more, from dvds to bats and balls. From tea and coffee to a kitchen scales which made my mum warn us she was not cooking all week lol. It was lovley to have the beds made up ready. We loved it so much we have booked a long weekend in October. We did not want to come home as this caravan had everything you could want thanks Chris we can't wait to come back.

We have just returned from a fabulous week away. The caravan was beautiful. On arrival the caravan was spotless, beds made up which is such a big help, plus Chris made the one room into a double bed for us which was also great. Everything you need in the caravan, we found we never wanted for anything. Caravan is perfect location, close to shop and complex and walk to the beach. No one should be disappointed with this caravan. Thank you again Chris

We chose this caravan more for the location as we wanted a closer walk to the beach! The shops are directly opposite,so there are more people and cars around that area but this didn’t really affect our stay. Chris was very helpful and it was easy to book and communicate with him..I would recommend this caravan and would look to maybe use this again next year .

We stayed for a week and the whole experience was lovely, Very easy to book and communication with Chris was friendly and prompt. The van is well situated for the shop, beach and the entertainment/food venue, all within a short walk. Parking was at the front, so very handy. The van was clean and tidy and beds were made up for arrival, which was great. Little touches like handwash, towels, etc. were there, and were really appreciated. The van is well equipped with everything you'd need and made for a very comfortable stay. A bonus for us was Sky TV, which meant we could record a programme we might have missed when out and then watched in the evening, as we didn't use the entertainment complex, apart from food once. All in all, a very enjoyable holiday and the weather happened to be glorious sun all week, which made it even better, Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay on the park.

Excellent experience with Chris, we had a stress and hassle free time booking our holiday. The caravan was perfect for our week break in Tenby, central to all the facilities that Kiln Park has to offer and a very short walk near the beach. The caravan had all the amenities needed for a self catering holiday, it was family friendly, with toys and age appropriate films for our little girl to enjoy!! We will be returning - thank you!

Stayed here with partner ,3 year old and 13 year old. The caravan was situated in a brilliant spot, could see the shop from the caravan and also close to the footpath to the beach. The caravan was lovely and modern,very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. Also loved that bedding was included as that is a big help.there was also a tea towel and hand towels provided. There was also hand wash and washing up liquid there (wasn't sure if they were left from person before) but that was lovely too and made such a difference as inormally forget these things.tv's in all bedrooms and living room.sky also.both the kids loved the caravan and my 3 year old didn't want to leave. Lovely caravan, fantastic location and very easy to book though chris.also had my bond back same day I came home. Thankyou for a lovely holiday ????

Two couples and one 12 year old from the Ali family stayed for one week at the beginning of August. The Caravan was pleasantly and conveniently situated close to the shop and amenities and close to the beach access. The accommodation was clean and well presented with ready made beds, we had requested that the two single beds in one of the rooms were put together to form a double, as there were two couples, this was done and a double quilt was provided. The patio area to the front was nicely furnished with seating, and there was a large TV in the lounge, with further smaller TV's to each of the bedrooms. There was a selection of DVD's suitable for both adults and children, and balls, fishing nets and water guns etc., to keep the kids amused. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need for self-catering with washing-up liquid and cleaning products and even a tea-towel and hand towels provided. There was even toilet paper and hand soap in the bathrooms. A vacuum cleaner and Iron were included should you need them. Chris was very friendly and amenable and we will definitely be staying again next year, Covid permitting.

We stayed in the caravan for 4 nights and i can honesly say it was brilliant, the caravan was cleaned to a very high standard and the beds were all made up for our arrival, chris the owner was very easy to talk to and we done a lot of communication via text, he said the deposit will be returned within 7 days but we had it the following day on the 25th We will defiantly be booking again next year Marc

Superbly clean and well presented caravan. All beds made up for our arrival which was fantastic! A cot supplied with bedding for us also which was an absolute life saver. Hand towels, bathroom mats and kitchen towels also all provided. Fantastic position on the site, close to beach path, shop and a short walk from the entertainment centre. Highly recommended! Chis was polite, helpful and courteous throughout all communication.

Chris was great to deal with while booking the caravan and very friendly. We were very happy when we arrived, the caravan was very clean with all the facilities needed. The beds were made up for us which was lovely as we have never had this done for us before. We had a great holiday and would most definitely book this caravan again.

Me and my family stayed in this caravan this summer and it was completely amazing.I have never booked a holiday this way before so was very nervous but Chris put my mind at ease and and get into the caravan and seen it it was incredible. The location of the caravan is perfect for the park and we are definitely hoping to book again for next year. Highly recommend

Chris was very friendly when booking the caravan and ensured we had a great holiday. On arrival, the caravan looked thoroughly cleaned, all beds were made up with fresh bedding and we even had towels included in our rental. The location of the caravan was so convenient, we were right next door to the shop and only 5 minutes from the complex. Overall I had a great holiday in this caravan and I would definitely book again.
