Brand New 2017 3 bedroom deluxe plus model caravan with 8ft veranda located on Apple Grove. This caravan is available to hire at Haven Devon Cliffs, Sandy Bay, Exmouth. Ideally situated on the second row from the South Beach car park in turn providing beautiful seaviews.

It is a brand new 2017 model and a full inventory can be found in the caravan ensuring you have the best holiday. It is well loved and cared for by its private owners who wishes the guests have a great time and have an amazing holiday.

Lounge - There is a large amount of wrap around seating in the lounge, gas fire, DVD player and tv.

Kitchen - Under counter fridge, microwave, 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan. All utensils are provided including all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

Dining Area - Freestanding table with fixed seating and extra stools.

Bedrooms - The main bedroom has a double bed.The other bedrooms have 2 x twin beds which can be pushed together to create a double bed. Also bed settee in the lounge. Sleeps up to 8.

The caravan comes with duvets and pillows for the beds but you must bring your own bottom sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases unless the linen option is purchased.

Bed linen is not provided but we are able to provide linen and beds made up for your arrival at a small additional cost if required.

Please also bring with you tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc.

Bathroom - Fully fitted shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a separate toilet and wash basin.

Situation - The caravan is situated on Apple Grove very close to the South Beach restaurant and 2 mins to the beach and 3 mins to complex.

The keys for the caravan are in a key safe located at the caravan and you will be issued with the key code prior to your holiday so no queuing at reception. Check in is 3pm and check out time is 10am on the day of departure.

Sorry no pets and no smoking in the caravan.

Owner's booking terms

£100 holding deposit is required to book the holiday with the remaining amount due to be paid within 8 weeks of the holiday start date. We also require at the final payment a £100 damage bond which is fully refundable upon inspection of the caravan after the holiday as long as there is no damage/loss and the caravan is left in a clean state and doesn't smell of smoke.

Holidays booked less than 8 weeks in advance will require full payment at time of booking. Payment is by bank transfer.

In line with site policy we are unable to accept groups of the same sex or parties under the age of 25.
