Owner's Booking Terms

All holidays require a 25% non refundable deposit at the time of booking, with the remainder of the total cost due 4 weeks before arrival. All bookings will also be subject to a £100 refundable deposit, which will be returned once the caravan has been inspected by the cleaners at the end of your holiday and we have confirmation from the site that no damages have occurred.

Owner Description

This luxurious private holiday home is set in a secluded cul-de-sac with no access to through traffic. The scenic view of the Cornish countryside stretches as far as the eye can see and a decked area has been added, which is accessed from patio doors at the front of the caravan.
Our home is available throughout the year (subject to the park opening dates), with the added flexibility of arrival and departure dates where possible.

Park dean Resorts' facilities are available to everyone, this includes the swimming pool, arcade, soft play, tennis and football courts, crazy golf and day/evening entertainment. (Passes need to be purchased from reception, these are not included in the price of the holiday)
Park dean Resorts has its own recently upgraded 'Polperro Bar and Grill" and also has a mini supermarket and laundrette.

It is the ideal location to explore beautiful Cornwall and we have put together a pack with ideas of the best places to visit including restaurants and beaches to help you plan your stay.

We can guarantee you a superb and relaxed holiday in the comfort of our home.
