Another restful super break! Although the weather was mixed we had another superb quiet week away leaving us with still loads to do ready for when we go again.

An absolutely fantastic holiday! Caravan was clean and welcoming and had everything we needed for the full holiday with a bed that was so comfy! We had a family welcome second to none - naturally the bottle of wine may have helped! The caravan is set in the orchard at the side of the field where we exercised our dog and where we sat watching the birds and the wildlife - so relaxing sat on the patio reading whilst listening to the tapping of the woodpeckers and hoots of the owls as dusk settled in. The location of the caravan is central to all areas; we travelled to the coast, up the Horseshoe Pass, drove around Snowdonia, walked along the river at Loggerheads and visited Bangor but left Anglesey for when we stay next time. No shops are in Bodfari, but a good mix of local shops and two large food stores may be found in Denbigh with a good market in Mold twice a week! Value for money? Definitely! See you all again soon.

Two weary walkers on the Offas's Dyke path were offered a nights accommodation at Pantglas and Karen and Tamara could not have been more welcoming hosts. Pots of Tea and Cake on arrival and all our needs catered for. Animal friendly with two dogs and cats of their own. A guided tour of the mountain with breathtaking views of the Vale of Clwyd and the North Wales Coast that evening followed by a deep sleep in the comfiest of beds. The Breakfast was the Best on the whole of our Offa's Dyke Path and we had many. Locally sourced bacon from a Denbigh butcher, beautiful sausages and eggs. We named the place 'Paradwys Pantglas' after our stay. A real oasis for walkers and a jewel for holidaymakers.
