Luxury Abi Beaumont 2019 caravan situated in a well kept private cul-de-sac within the prestigious area of Guillemot.

The caravan benefits from a luxury wrap around veranda with full sun throughout the day and evening. Luxury wicker patio set to front and table,chairs and sun beds to side. The caravan benefits from an spacious lawn area with barbecue provided.

Large Luxury Master bedroom incorporates en-suite bathroom with bath,walk in wardrobe and king size bed, It has a combined free-view TV and DVD player.

The second large bedroom incorporates two single beds, which can be assembled into a king size double if required, bedroom incorporates a second tv/dvd player.The Bedroom benefits from well equipped wardrobe and storage areas.

Main bathroom has a large power shower unit with additional toilet and wash basin.

The open plan luxury kitchen is fully equipped ,With dishwasher, washing machine ,full sized double built in fridge freezer, microwave, full size oven and hob. All cookware and crockery is supplied along with utensils. The separate dining area has a table with seating for four.

The lounge is luxurious and spacious with 40”free-view digital/DVD player and game console.The living room incorporates Two sofas for your relaxation . French doors lead to one of the two seating areas with wicker furniture ,the second area incorporates a table and chairs for alfresco dining and a private sunbathing area with loungers. The veranda has an optional lockable gate ensuring child safety.

Duvet and pillows provided. Own sheets, duvet covers and towels are required.

£100 deposit required for bookings. Full payment must be received minimum six weeks prior to start of holiday to avoid cancellation.

No pets or smoking allowed in caravan or veranda. Arrival times 14:00 and departures 10:00.
