Our luxurious, Platinum holiday home is a 2016 Swift Bordeaux Exclusive, situated in Kestrel Heights, one of the most exclusive areas of Devon Cliffs holiday park.

Located at the edge of the park, with a veranda overlooking the surrounding countryside and the Exe estuary, our holiday home feels private and secluded. Situated in a quiet cut-de-sac, there is no through traffic, making it perfect for families with young children - plus the full wrap-around, lockable veranda means children can play safely outside without worry, and you can have the patio doors open to the beautiful views.

Kestrel Heights is part of a development that opened in 2015. It is on the West side of the park, about a 5 minute walk to the main complex, and about a 10-12 minute walk to the beach. There is a large carpark at the beach if required. Our plot, and the whole Kestrel Heights area is level, with paved pathways and tarmacked roads. A couple of small children's play areas are within a minute or two's walk from our holiday home.

Lounge area:

There are freestanding three-seater and two-seater sofas in a soft chenille fabric and plenty of cushions. The two-seater contains a pullout double bed if needed. There is a coffee table with extra stools tucked inside for larger parties, and lamps and other furnishings around to make you feel more at home. TV & DVD unit in the corner with all freeview channels. There is also a wireless speaker system that you can connect iPod etc to, to play your own music. There is a radiator in the lounge, plus a gas fire to keep you warm off-season.

There are a selection of games, books and DVDs for our guests to enjoy.

The dining table can seat 6. The modern kitchen is well equipped. We've added a few extras such as a Tassimo coffee machine to help make your stay more enjoyable and there is a full height fridge freezer - so plenty of room for food and drink, plus all the necessary things you need if you plan on cooking in.

There is door to the corridor that leads to the bedrooms and bathroom - perfect if you have children (or adults!) who need to go to bed whilst other are still up.

Bedrooms:

Main bedroom: double bed with bedside cabinets, overhead storage, wardrobe, dressing table with drawers and stool. Hairdryer. There is an en-suite toilet to the main bedroom.

Twin bedroom 1: has two single beds, a bedside cabinet, overhead storage and full height wardrobe.

Twin bedroom 2: has two single beds, a bedside cabinet, overhead storage and half height wardrobe.

We do have a travel cot and high chair available if required - please mention when booking.

All bedrooms have a radiator in them.

Shower room:

There is a large shower cubicle in the bathroom, and a mirrored cabinet for storing your essentials away. Plus a toilet and wash basin of course! There is a radiator in the bathroom.

Outside:

We have our own numbered parking space, and there are several visitor spaces nearby if your group has two cars, or visitors while you stay. A gravel pathway leads to our full wraparound veranda with lockable gate - perfect for young children. Our large veranda overlooks the back edge of the park with fantastic views across the neighbouring countryside and across to the Exe estuary - it's a beautiful sunset!

There is table outside that seats 8 and guests have access to our rear storage with, a BBQ, some toys, games and beach mats etc that are available for guests to use.

  • Additional Info: Devon Cliffs is Haven's flagship holiday park, situated between Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton. The park benefits from beautiful views and coastline on both sides and is well situated to visit several local attractions. On site you'll find: indoor and outdoor pool with slides/flumes; several bars and restaurants; several play areas for children; outdoor gym; new improved climbing wall/abseiling, segways, adventure golf, tennis and more (some activities incur a cost). Water activities such as: kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing and more. All the usual kids clubs and all day entertainment for children, evening entertainment. There are several places to eat and drink across the site: South Beach Cafe and Mash & Barrel to sit down, or various takeaways, plus the on-site shop is well stocked.rinted map of the site can also be found here and is useful (you will have received this by email already). Disabled access is available across the park. There are cash machines available on-site. Wi-Fi is available throughout the park - connect to HavenWiFi and follow the instructions for access.
