The caravan is located in a ideal spot with parking nearby and is just a few minutes walk to Ingodlmells village and a short walk along Sea Lane to Fantasy Island.
Quiet park well maintained - NEW for 2017 - on site clubhouse " WOODY's BAR' with indoor play area for children with a range of entertainment ,restaurant and outdoor play facilities for the kids to enjoy and outside seating .
Spacious veranda (secure and gated) with picnic bench and seating to while away a few hours in the sun.
At the rear of the caravan is a shed with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. No more trekking to the launderette.
1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms 2 beds in each and pull out double in the lounge
Large roomy lounge with plenty of seating, laminate flooring gives it a modern light and airy feel and electric fire in the lounge, panel heating in all bedrooms.
Seaside themed décor in toilet, shower and both twin bedrooms.
Well equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle, toaster, full size cooker plenty of cutlery, crockery and pots and pans etc.
Selection of DVDs available for you to use during your stay.
Pets are welcome at £20 per pet per break

All damage bond payments are refunded within 7 days of Break ( I try to do this within 24 hours ) , providing the Caravan is left as found on arrival and no damage caused.

Any breakages or damage MUST be reported to us, at the time. ( accidents can happen so if its the odd cup, plate etc, no panic just replace, but let me know ). For additional information or if you require different dates please contact me.
