Welcome to Rosebank Lodge, our family owned Swift Bordeaux 3 Bedroom (6 Berth) Static Caravan on Havens Flagship 5* Holiday Park Primrose Valley.

With a recent multi-million pound face lift and redevelopment project, there is something for everyone at Primrose Valley, whether you want an action packed, entertainment filled holiday with the kids or a quiet and relaxing break with loved ones.

We accept 3, 4 and 7 night breaks (please note in peak season we have a minimum 7 night stay). The prices shown are an example of 7 night breaks but should you require a shorter holiday then please contact us for prices!

Rosebank Lodge

Our plot is on a small quiet cul-de-sac meaning no through traffic making it ideal for families with children as we also have a large grassed area to side of our caravan (although we do ask that you respect our neighbours and not allow ball games due to the noise). We have full wrap around veranda/decking with 6 seater table and chairs to enjoy the fresh air. BBQ’s are unfortunately NOT allowed on Verandas or Decking areas due to safety rules on the park. Parking for 2 cars is available at the right hand side of the caravan (when facing) on the paved area next to the veranda steps. Please do not park on the grassed area to the left hand side of the caravan.

Our caravan is a 3 bedroomed, 6 berth, double glazed with en-suite in the main bedroom, the lounge comprises of 2 free standing sofas and 2 extra cubed seats secreted under the coffee table, it has a 32inch free-view television and DVD player with a selection of films. We also have WIFI in the caravan which we will provide you with the code once the booking is confirmed.

Our caravan and appliances have regular safety checks and include smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Our fully fitted kitchen hosts an integrated fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, gas oven and grill and all the home comforts you will need including a small table top ironing board/iron and a table to seat 6 persons. Tea towels, dish clothes and toilet/kitchen roll are NOT included therefore please ensure you bring your own.

Our bedrooms comprise of Master (double bed) with en-suite and a further 2 twin rooms. Included in your rental is bedding for each bed and they will be made up for your arrival. We have mattress protectors on all beds so they are protected from any accidents which sometimes occur. We ask that you do not remove these as they are there to ensure all our guests experience the caravan in the immaculate condition we intend it be. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV with free-view.

The en-suite bathroom has a basin and WC only however the main bathroom has the addition of a large shower area with power shower and shaver hook up point. Please note towels are NOT included.

Our prices reflect this as we have some guests who prefer to use the caravan as a base only to explore the stunning countryside this area has to offer, however if required they can be obtained from Primrose Valley Reception. Please note without passes although you will still be able to access the onsite dinning in all outlets except Millie’s Cookies and a number of bars you will NOT be able to enter the main entertainment venues i.e. Live Lounge or Show Bar including the arcades or any of the swimming pools on site.

Pub/Club, Fishing, Amusement Arcade, Tennis Court, Indoor Pool, Laundrette, Crazy Golf, Grocery Shop, Takeaway, Restaurant, Kids Club, Primrose Valley is ideally situated on the East coast to explore the countryside, whether you go north to Pickering, home of the North Yorkshire Railway or to the North Yorkshire Moors and up to Whitby and Scarborough or maybe go south to Flamborough or Bridlington. You could go inland to York or if you are after the thrills and spills of a theme park then ‘Flamingo Land’ is only 45 minutes away!Our location in the park is perfect we are on the front row of Rosebank with a sea view right next to Primrose Valley’s newest development ‘Sea Birds’. We are a 10 minute walk to the main entertainment complex ‘Fun Works’ which hosts the recent multi-million pound redeveloped swimming complex, arcades including virtual reality gaming, 2 state of the art entertainment venues, Millie’s Cookies, Starbucks Coffee Shop, Papa John’s Pizza Takeaway, Cooks Fish & Chip Restaurant, West Pier Burger Joint to name but a few! We are only a 5 minute walk to the new beach path which gives you direct access to the Beach and also to ‘The Bay’ complex which has a lovely Pub and Italian Restaurant. Once following the smooth but steep path down to the beach (suitable for prams) you are able to walk all the way to Filey in around 30 minutes enjoying some of the stunning scenery the East Coast has to offer. Whilst a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction to the beach path you will find the brand new 2017 development ‘The Lakehouse’ which hosts a beautiful Restaurant & Grill, Deli, Ice-cream Parlour and a large swimming complex with a large indoor pool with slide and 2 heated outdoor pools. Other facilities on site include a launderette and cash machine, a well-stocked supermarket and for guests looking for souvenirs there are a number of outlets not least the kids most favourite ‘Rory Store’ inside the ‘Live Lounge’ where all the character cuddly toys can be purchased in all shapes and sizes!Available on site are a range of activities (some of which can only be accessed with Fun-Works Passes and/or must be pre-booked). These include:-Kids Clubs Entertainers, Shows, Singers, Dancers, Comedy Acts, High ropes course, Zip wire, Crazy Golf, Football, Go-Karts, Archery, Mini Fairground, Tennis Courts & Basketball Courts, Freshwater fishing and boating lake, NEW Pic 'n' Paint Pottery and lots of open, green spaces and lovely lakes to have a stroll around!
