Owner Description

*Strictly No Pets* as we have family members with allergies.

The caravan has an open planned lounge, dining and kitchen area with full size fridge/freezer, gas cooker and well stocked kitchen utensils. Gas and electricity is included in the price. Beds are ready made prior to your arrival and we have a double sofa bed in the lounge for the larger parties. There is a selection of games and DVD`s and Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

We also provide a hair dryer, Freeview TV and radio. A high chair and bed guard are available by prior arrangement. Outside the 8 meter long decking is south facing and gated and has table and chairs along with storage boxes and parking for two cars.

During June, July, August and September we are unable to offer bookings of less than seven nights.

Pinewoods Holiday Park has a laundrette and a well stocked shop on site and their own café is situated next to the beach. The location of Wells-next-the-sea on the North Norfolk coast offers a wealth of walks, cycling routes, sandy beaches bird watching and historic interests.

There are plenty of local eateries to choose from and the popular towns of Holt and Hunstanton as well as the Queens Sandringham Estate are close by.
