Static caravan at the stunning Ladram Bay Holiday park. Premium pitch with uninterrupted sea views. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds and 1 double bed. All linen provided and beds ready for arrival. The double bedroom has ample storage and comes with an ensuite with toilet and basin. 2 bedside lamps and hairdryer. The twin room has storage, bed side table and large mirror.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils you would expect and has all the modern day kit including microwave, gas hob, full size gas oven, toaster, fridge freezer and even a ironing board and iron. There is a dining table and 4 chairs with plenty of space for meal times.

The living area is made up with 1 large settee and 2 large comfy armchairs. The settee converts into a very comfy double bed. (Linin provided if needed). Large flatscreen TV, dvd player and surround sound speakers mean you can enjoy a night in with a film if you fancy a break from the entertainment at the club.

Outside is a large decking area which runs around the side of the caravan and to the front meaning you can sit and enjoy the view. Garden chairs and loungers are provided for your use. There is a patio and grass area with BBQ and a table and chairs so on sunny days you can enjoy the outdoors.
Electricity included in rental and gas is paid for with a gas card which you take to Reception (instructions in caravan).

Booked this van for my mum and dad at short notice as we were already staying at Ladram Bay...little nervous as my mum has quite high standards...needn’t have worried as the van was gorgeous and very well kept with lots of personal touches...tea bags, loo rolls, cleaning products etc etc...dad struggled a little with the steps so we offered to swap but on seeing the view from the decking and the lounge his response was “not on your nelly”!! To be fair it was absolutely stunning....you could just sit and look at it all day long! Carole was extremely helpful and responsive when we had a little hiccup with the key safe...and leading up to the holiday responded to any queries quickly....will definitely be booking with this lovely lady again!

We had a lovely weekend break with our 6yr old and 13yr old. The Caravan is in a fab location, only a few mins stroll down to the club house and the beach etc but located at the same time in a lovely and peaceful part of the park. Everything you could need is in the Caravan and it was very clean and really good quality bedding (which is very important to me). Everything you need is on site for a great family break! Thank you very much x

Had a wonderful week with our grandchildren. The caravan was clean and very comfortable. Views were fantastic. Beds were made up on arrival which is great after a long journey. Would definitely use again and already recommended to friends. Thank you Carol. The holiday was perfect.????

Had the most amazing time at Ladram Bay with my young family . All the facilities you want and need on your doorstep . We booked a 3 night break and wish we could of stayed for more . Caravan in surely the best position in the park with beautiful views across the bay . Immaculate condition with everything you need to make your stay very pleasurable and comfortable.
