Just returned from a lovely week at Hopton, the caravan was lovely had everything and more that we needed, kids (and us) were grateful of the wifi and the dishwasher! Enjoyed the seating outside and the extra space in living area and bedrooms, (as kids are older and adult size)presumably from the reduction in space in the bathrooms. On a nice part of the park also and not far from complex. Hazel was excellent in communicating everything to us and we even managed to get in a little earlier than planned which was good. All in all i would recommend this caravan and park and would definitely return should we find ourselves back over that way.

Amazing, what can I say. The caravan is immaculate, well looked after and it was a pleasure to stay in. It was fully loaded with absolutely everything we could possibly need right down to toddler knives and forks. It’s in a perfect location, excellent to sit and watch the kids play on the playground which is only yards away. The outside space too was perfect to sit and relax in the evening. Overall it was lovely and would not hesitate to book again. Thank you

I’ve stayed in many caravans and this is by far the best one. We are a family of 6 - 2 adults 4 children aged 13, 12 and 4 year old twins and there was plenty of space for all of us. Not only is the caravan spacious, it is spotlessly clean and has everything you need and more. It is located in a perfect part of the park. Less than 5 minute walk to the facilities and 5-10 minute walk to the beautiful sandy Hopton beach. The traffic free play area was a bonus as my twins loved playing in it and we could watch them from the decking. The park itself is kept well and the staff are welcoming and friendly. There are plenty of activities for all ages - my older boys enjoyed Segway while my younger ones enjoyed build-a-bear and plant pot painting. You are limited to the number of indoor swimming sessions you can book however we could access the heated outdoor pool at any time. Thankfully we had good weather and had a perfect week away. Our best meal was at The White Hart pub just down the road and a day out at Great Yarmouth Beach is well worth it for kids with bouncy castles, face painting etc. Thank you Hazel for being so helpful and friendly in all communication - we hope to be back and won’t hesitate in recommending to friends and family!

What can we say…. It’s beautiful and well laid out in a nice quiet and convenient position. Hazels communication was fantastic and very reassuring. She really couldn’t be any more helpful. If we were to return to Hopton it would be our first enquiry for accommodation…. Thank you

Honestly don't know where to start ........AMAZING... this has to be the best caravan we have stayed in It is real luxury and Hazel the owner has been fantastic throughout the holiday home is kept to the highest standard and the cleanliness is outstanding. I took my 8 year old and 18 month old and they had a brilliant time the one thing I loved is the decking area goes all the way round so means kids could play safely the gate can be locked for extra security which was amazing. right opposite Is the park area which my little girl loved we brought the play passes for the facilities and all the facilities were brilliant. Entertainment is really good highly recommend Thrigby Hall Gardens for a day out with family definitely have found our yearly holiday home to rent was such great value for money and brilliant communications with owners thank you again for a lovely holiday

Wow!! I would 100% recommend this owner and their caravan to anyone looking for a holiday home. This review deserves more than 5 stars. Do not hesitate to book because I guarantee you will not find better. I am so glad i have found the perfect and most cleanest caravan that we have ever stayed in for our future holidays to Hopton. I will not be staying anywhere else! The caravan was spotless and had everything you needed and MORE. 3 bedrooms, with 2 of the bedrooms having double beds. They were so comfortable, my little boy loved having a double bed to himself ????. Important information and ideas for days out is in a folder in the living room area which was an added bonus. Caravan is situated on a quiet area of the park and perfect for families with children. Located away from the road so us adults can sit back and relax on the decking (which has furniture and cushions) while watching the kids play on the grass area or finding new friends in the park. Could not of asked for a better location. Only 5 mins walk if that, to complex. Thank you Hazel for all you have done for us from start to finish. Your quick responses and knowledge has been amazing. You have been incredibly helpful in making us have the most perfect holiday. My partner works alot so this quality time with our kids has just been unforgettable and its all down to you xx

Amazing caravan, amazing location, all made even better by the brilliant weather we had. This caravan has lots of added extras that you wouldn’t get through haven themselves. We loved the folder of hints and tips as although we had been to hopton several times already this alerted us to new things. Hazel was brilliant with all my questions and she even arranged for a birthday surprise for my mum on arrival. Thank you so much and we would love to stay here again

We would highly recommend this holiday caravan. Family of 4 adults & 2 children. The home being new was super clean with a great layout & everything you may need for a fantastic stay from dishes, pans, utensils & bedding. A bonus is having 2 double beds to choose from. The veranda has a lovely patio set for you to be able to sit out on. It’s 2 minutes from a playground, the grandkids were in their element. Area around is lovely , quiet & nicely secluded. The park itself is well maintained & has a beautiful beach just 5-10 minutes walk away, entertainment & swimming pool 5 minutes away. Hazel was extremely helpful & friendly from start to finish with our booking. She replied very quickly & nothing was too much trouble. We would not hesitate to recommend this caravan to anyone looking for a great holiday, with hosts who do their utmost to ensure you have everything you need. Thank you for a lovely stay. A fantastic new caravan, very clean and spacious with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The caravan is located in a quiet area of the Haven park, facing a lovely park, so my 10 year old spent most nights playing outside while we sat and watched her from the fantasic decking area. Hazel was very professional and responded quickly - Would have no hesitation in recommending this holiday home to friends and family :)
