NOW WITH YOUR VERY OWN PERSONAL WIFI WITH UNLIMITED DATA. Our 3-year-old Abi Elan is situated in the preferred area of Par Sands holiday park. We are just minutes from the beautiful beach which is dog-friendly all year round. The fully equipped holiday home has a decking area with patio furniture. Equipment includes 42" TV and Blueray player in the lounge along with a docking station. TVs are also fitted to both bedrooms with a CD/DVD player in the master bedroom.

A fully-fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave and gas cooker/hob.

The park is beautifully maintained with lawns and mature trees and shrubs. Ample lighting and security systems including CCTV and a number-plate-recognition entry barrier.

On site facilities include a heated swimming pool, leisure centre, childrens' playground, putting green, tennis courts, basket ball/5-a-side football court. There is also a freshwater lake which is the home to a variety of water birds.

A new Beach Bar & restaurant has recently been added serving a variety of food and drinks throughout the day. On the edge of the site is the "local" pub, The Ship Inn, serving a variety of local dishes and specials along with a selection of wines, beers and spirits and a carvery 7 days/week. During the summer months there is entertainment in the large beer garden featuring local bands and, on Sundays, Cornish brass bands.

The village of Par boasts 3 other pubs, all with live entertainment throughout the year, a Chinese takeaway, a kebab shop, fish and chip shop, a Spar store and 2 Coop shops.

The site is situated close to local attractions such as The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and Charlestown Harbour with Tall Ships.
