The most attractive part of this holiday home is its setting. Located in one of the most attractive holiday parks in Cornwall, the unit is literally 3 minutes walk from the beach which is dog-friendly all year round. The site also includes an owners lounge which accommodates a beautiful heated and fully maintained swimming pool and seating area. Also within the location are tennis courts, 5-a-side football pitch and a putting green. For children their is a fully equipped play area.

On site there is an Italian restaurant where regular functions for owners take place as well as discos for kids in the summer. Within the confines of the park is the local pub, The Ship Inn offering a huge selection of beers and wines as well as excellent, locally produced food all day and every evening including their famous carvery, served 7 days a week.

There is also a beautiful lake containing a rich variety of fresh water/sea birds.

The grounds are superbly maintained with mature trees and shrubs with lawns leading down to the lake

The park is secured with barriers controlling entry and 24/7 security cameras.
