Owner Description

This lodge is a well known secret, known only to the few people who have stayed here before! It is situated right on the front row of Bay Hollow with a 180 degree panoramic and uninterrupted view over the upper reaches of Poole Harbour, looking towards Arne, Wareham and the Purbeck Hills. It has one of the best views over the harbour on the whole park - truly mesmerising and ever-changing.

The large glass fronted veranda with a table and 4 chairs is accessed through sliding glass doors which maximise the view from inside the lodge. The lodge itself is luxurious, light and airy, quiet, spacious, well equipped, very well maintained and finished to residential standards, ideal for the perfect family holiday. It is equally accessible from the beach and boat park and the other extensive leisure facilities on the site.

Here is a brief description of the rooms to compliment the photos:

The lounge has a comfortable sofa, 2 arm chairs and a matching pouffe, smart 37" TV and DVD player, coffee table, occasional table and flame effect electric fire. There is also a selection of board games and information on local attractions.

The solid wooden dining table and 4 comfortable chairs lead into a very large kitchen with full-size oven and grill with feature stainless steel extraction hood, fridge-freezer, washing machine/dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. All cutlery and crockery is provided together with a good selection of cooking utensils and pots and pans.

Master bedroom - King size bed, double wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors and a further single wardrobe, bedside tables with drawers, 32" Samsung TV with freeview, and ensuite consisting large walk-in shower, hand basin, cabinet/mirror and toilet,

Second bedroom - two 2'6" single beds that can be pushed together, a bedside table, 32" Samsung TV with freeview, double wardrobe, dressing table and stool.

Shower room - large walk-in shower, hand basin, cabinet/mirror and toilet (same as the ensuite)

Outside - grass area, parking for 2 cars and water tap

All bedding is provided along with hand towel, bath mat, liquid soap and a toilet roll in ensuite and main bedroom.

In the kitchen we provide t.towel, washing up liquid, cloth, sponge and welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar etc.
