This caravan has been recently refurbished by the new owners, in a contemporary style, with laminate flooring to living areas, toilet and shower room and carpets to the bedrooms.
It has also been redecorated throughout and is very light and airy.

It has full gas fired central heating and a feature gas fire in the lounge.

The main bedroom has a double bed, good size wardrobe and bedside cupboards, over bed cupboards and dressing table. The second bedroom has two single beds,with over bed storage and a single wardrobe.


Pillows, duvet, bedspreads, blankets and tea towels will be provided.

There are flatscreen TVs in the lounge and main bedroom with built in freeview and radio options.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and full size gas cooker

There is a shower room with a hand basin and a separate toilet with a hand basin, both adjacent to the bedrooms.

The open plan living/dining area has a new feature corner sofa unit , lounge chair, new sideboard and TV.
The dining area has a dining table and 2 - 4 chairs.

New full height vertical blinds have been fitted to the full width front windows and blinds or curtains to the remaining windows.

The outside raised decking area provides ample space for dining and relaxing, with a private car parking space. A new set of patio furniture is provided for the summer

The Pevensey Bay holiday park has a lovely indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, ( a pass for use of these facilities is available from reception and is £10 pp/pw or £5 pp/pw for a weekend break),children's indoor soft play area,children's outside play area and of course the beach and sea on the doorstep.
The excellent bar/restaurant has good food/service and entertainment on some nights.
Park Homes have invested heavily in the facilities, entertainment,club house, new enclosed ball park etc.
There is a very large TV projector screen for sport and music etc and plenty of outside dining space adjacent the bar and childrens play area.
Also a pool table in the bar area and a good amusement arcade, charges apply.
There is also an on-site laundrette ( charges apply).
The reception area has details of local attractions.

KEY for caravan - These will be in a key safe outside the property and a code will be provided for this.

Keys to be left in the keys safe when you leave please.
When you arrive press the button at the barrier, give TV 53 as your caravan.( not currently in use)
When leaving, the barrier opens automatically.

Local information
The site has recently been acquired by Park Homes and renamed PEVENSEY BAY HOLIDAY PARK.
There are flags and signage on the main road and a red postbox by the site entrance, best to slow down and indicate when you approach.
This site is between Eastbourne and Pevensey Bay, near to the North Harbour and Shopping/cinema complex, including a large ASDA.
There is a good choice of restaurants and bars at the North Harbour.
Harbour trips are available by local operators at a fair price.
Cycle paths/footpaths are adjacent the site entrance and you can walk along the beach.
The 9 hole golf course at Bay View is about half a mile away and is worth a go!
