We are pleased to offer for hire our modern 8 berth Caravan which benefits from having gas central heating and double glazing throughout.The caravan has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two twin rooms with a pull out double bed in the lounge. The family bathroom has a double walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet and there is a second toilet with washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, slow cooker, kettle, toaster pans, crockery, cutlery and numerous small electrical appliances.The lounge and dining room are open planned with a 32"TV with built in DVD player, satellite with Sky (basic channels) or you can bring your own skycard. There is a selection of board games, DVD's for all ages and an Xbox360+games to keep the children entertained.
Duvets, pillows and waterproof mattress protectors will be provide along with a travel cot and highchair, all you need to bring with you is bed linen and towels. You will also find cleaning equipment and a selection of cleaning products including dish cloths, scourers, washing up liquid and bin liners etc. An iron and table top ironing board are also available. There is also a sewing kit and first aid box.
Outside there is sufficient parking for two cars at the front. The caravan is accessed by a paved path with grass at the side for the children to play and a small patio with seating.
Borth is a small former fishing village situated in West Wales in a stunning setting with beautiful backdrops and amazing views over Cardigan Bay and the Cambrian Mountains. It is a very popular seaside resort with rock pools and is ideal for sea fishing. In the village you will find a selection of food stores, cafes, gift shops, ice-cream parlours, pubs serving food, chippy and an Indian restaurant where you can eat in or takeaway. There is also a boutique cinema and restaurant which opened in March 2017, and was transformed from a disused Welsh Chapel. The cinema is the first of its kind to open in Wales for many years.
The coastal path to Aberystwyth is breath-taking and the nature reserve at Ynyslas is worth a visit. For anyone interested in Golf, there is an 18 hole course 1.5 miles away.
Borth is an ideal base for exploring this beautiful area of Wales. Here are just a few of the activities which are a walk or a short car journey:-
- Take a walk up the steep path to the War memorial where you wont be disappointed with the view.
- Visit Borth Zoo with over 150 fascinating species, hands-on interaction and educational talks.
- Dyfi Osprey Project where you can see a mixture of wet woodland, bog an reed beds then visit the observatory and use the
telescope to spot cuckoos or see through binoculars to Osprey and other birds.
- There is local market on a Wednesday in Machynlleth selling local products, organic fruit, speciality cheeses etc. This market has
been going for over 700 years.
- Take a return trip on the narrow gauge steam railway The Vale of Rheidol from Aberystwyth to Devils Bridge Waterfalls where you
will see stunning views of the Rheidol Valley.
- The fantasy Farm park is a short drive away where children will love to feed the small animals, have a tractor ride or have a race on
the go kart track. its a great family day out.
- The Silver Lead Mine Museum where you can explore mining history, myth and legend.
- King Arthurs labyrinth near Machynlleth take a trip on the underground river where tales from the mists of tie are retold or navigate
a simple maze or visit the local craft shops where you can buy unique handmade gifts or even have a go at making your own.
Preferred Payment Is by bank transfer or you can pay by cheque.

There will also be an additional £50 security bond payable with the full balance and will be refunded 7 days after your holiday as long as the caravan is left clean and no damage.

Brynowen Holiday Park is part of Parkdean Resorts and is a 5 min walk to 3 miles of beautiful blue flagged sandy beach. The railway station is within walking distance of the park and there is a local bus service that will take you to Aberystwyth and stops outside the park. The onsite facilities of the park consists of a heated indoor swimming pool with water slide, and a splash pool for the under fives. The pool is monitored at all times by life guards. For an additional cost you can try out wipe out, kayaking and water walking. There is also an all weather sports court and children's adventure playground. The amusement arcade has a selection of slot machines where you can win money and also tickets which can be exchanged for toys or gifts, a ten-pin bowling alley and soft play area for the younger children.
The newly refurbished Boathouse restaurant/bar is open from early in the morning to late in the evening providing hot meals and snacks. You can even order food to be delivered to the caravan. The Mountain Bay Complex is the setting for all your entertainment. During the day the entertainment team provide activities for all ages and in the evening there is Parkdean Link Bingo followed by live entertainment.
The onsite shop stocks a wide selection of groceries and there is also a laundrette.
