Owner Description

A great position on Perran Sands, you are just a short walk to the the sand dunes and pathway down to the beach.

Graded as 'Prestige' you will enjoy all those little extra touches designed to make your holiday even more special. The front door leads out onto the large decking area, providing you with another area to sit and enjoy watching the world go by. Gated and with ramp access, this makes for a secure area for younger ones or your equally precious 'four legged' family members.

There is outdoor seating by way of a picnic table and bench arrangement, a BBQ for your use and also bed linen provided. There is also ample parking for 2 vehicles.

Lounge/Dining Area:
A very spacious, open plan area has a modern & light feel to it. With its large L-Shaped fixed seating arrangement there is plenty of space to sit and relax. The pull out double sofa bed provides an additional sleeping area. There is a 32" TV with HDMI, USB & DVD and a Bluetooth Speaker System. The contemporary wall mounted gas fire will provide extra warmth on even the most chilly of evenings. At the opposite end of the living area is situated the fixed dinette and seating.

Kitchen:
This modern & stylish kitchen contains everything you should need and more. With full sized oven & hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, slow cooker, panini maker, kettle and toaster. Even your tea towels are provided.

Master Bedroom:
A king sized bed with duvet, pillows, should ensure a perfect night sleep. You will have plenty of storage too with the fitted bedroom furniture. A hairdryer is also provided.

Twin Room x 2:
With two single beds measuring 2'3" x 6' which could be pushed together to configure into a double. Again duvets, pillows and all bed linen is provided. A travel cot and high chair are also available.

Bathroom/Shower Room:
Consists of a large shower, extractor fan, hand basin and WC.

Cloakroom:
Contains a separate hand basin and WC.
