Owner Description
My lovely caravan comprises of a spacious open plan living and dining area which is fitted with a gas fire. Also in the living area is a double pull out bed. There is a large 50" Smart TV with Freeview, Sky TV (bring your own box), Wi-Fi. There is a good selection of DVDs and games for you and your family to enjoy.
The galley kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to make home cooked meals if you choose not to eat out. The double bedroom has a spacious double wardrobe with shelving. There are 2 twin bedrooms both with wardrobes. Spacious shower room with sink, toilet and storage and also a second toilet with sink.
For your convenience a range of cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner are provided.
Beds are freshly made up ready for your arrival but you will need to provide your own towels and toiletries. Gas and electricity are all included.
Outside the caravan there is a patio area with rattan garden furniture, patio heater and BBQ (i just ask that guests clean the BBQ after use), BBQ utensils are also provided, however you will need to provide your own charcoal and firelighters. There is also a decked ramp to the front door making easy access for young families with pushchairs and those with mobility difficulties.
Ideally situated in a central location on the park which is just a 5 minute stroll to the entertainment complex.
I offer discounted rates for bookings of 7, 10 and 14 nights. Funworks passes are not included in my prices but can always be purchased on your arrival. Please contact me if you require prices.
STRICTLY NO PETS and NO SMOKING alllowed in the caravan. Due to park rules I am unable to accept groups under the age of 21 or same sex groups such as hen/stag parties. Couples and family bookings only please.
I require a £70 deposit to confirm your booking. Dates will not be held without a deposit. Deposits are in addition to the cost of the holiday and will be refunded soon after your departure once the caravan has been cleaned and inspected. Failure to comply with my terms and conditions of hire may result in the loss of your deposit or part thereof. The cost of any damage not covered by the deposit will be charged for if not made good by the time of your departure.

We had a lovely stay here and would highly recommend out tho friends and family. Diane was extremely helpfulland easy to contact which put my mind at ease. The added extras were a welcome addition as I was travelling with a toddler. I.E.. high chair and potty in the van. It was extremely clean and spacious.

Overall we were really impressed. We have been to numerous caravan parks such as Haven and Park resorts so we were a bit hesitant in booking with a private caravan owner in terms of cleanliness. But to our surprise the private caravan was even more clean than an actual park resort owned caravan! Also the caravan was equipped with everything we would ever need from teabags and sugar to cleaning products and even BBQ utensils! The caravan was extremely clean and also in a good location. Also Diane was very helpful and the booking was simple too! Had a fantastic time and would definitely visit again!
