Owner Description

Family caravan situated on Lydstep Beach Village, situated on the Terraces this is a prime central location for the views of Caldey Island, beach and surrounding cliffs.

The caravan consists of a Master bedroom, double bed, fitted wardrobes and dresser with ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom two has two single beds with fitted wardrobes and storage cupboards.

The kitchen area has a fully equipped kitchen dining table and four chairs.

The lounge has two free standing sofas with a pull out bed for extra guests. The living room also comprises of a flat screen t.v. and satellite box. Fantastic views over the sea can be admired from the sitting area of the lounge and dining area.

Patio doors leads onto a front and side deck with breathtaking views of the sea and beach. Sitting area is available to enjoy these luxury views.

The caravan also has ramp access and a private parking bay.

Duvets and pillows are supplied but we would ask you to bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels.

Site facilities comprise of a Manor House which consists of a clubhouse, kids club, amusement arcade, indoor heated pool, restaurant, gym, jacuzzi and sauna.

The Manor House facilities require membership whcih can be purchased at reception.

Also the park consist of a well equipped shop and launderette.
