Owner's Booking Terms
Our standard booking patterns are:-

A £25 (per person) non-refundable deposit is payable on booking. The balance is due to be paid 8 weeks before commencement of the holiday, or at the time of booking if this is less than 8 weeks before. If the holiday is subsequently cancelled less than 8 weeks before the commencement date, we will re-advertise the holiday.
If a booking is cancelled with greater than 8 weeks to the holiday start date, a refund to the value of the amount received towards the cost of the holiday so far will be made. This figure will be reduced by the initial non-refundable (per person) deposit plus an additional administration fee of £25.00. If a cancellation is made after the commencement of the holiday, no refund will be made.
Customers will also be required to pay a refundable security deposit of £100 no less than 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Providing there is no damage, no items missing, or the need for additional or prolonged cleaning, it will be refunded in full, no later than 7 days from holiday completion. Monies returned are only done by bank transfer. NOTE/ If an account is held with a non-clearing bank, transfers may take longer to arrive in the nominated bank account. Additional cleaning will be charged at the rate of £40 per hour. Damage and replacement items will be charged at cost price. We appreciate that accidents can happen and no deductions will be made for minor breakages (glasses, mugs etc). We would, however, appreciate notification of this in order that it may be put right for incoming guests.
Once the caravan is booked and secured by making the appropriate payment, transferring to an alternative caravan would not be permitted.
If the caravan is booked and secured a change to the holiday dates would only be permitted 6 weeks or more before the commencement date. If the cost of the alternative holiday is less than the cost of the original a refund of the difference will only be made if the original dates are re-booked by another renter. Changing holiday dates will also incur an administration fee of £50.
Payment can be made directly to us by cheque, postal order or directly into our bank account - either by internet transfer or at any branch of your own bank. All necessary refunds will be made by internet transfer into your nominated bank account ONLY.
Once we are in receipt of your party information and contact address and telephone number, your booking will be accepted. However, your booking will not be secured until the £25 per person deposit / full cost (as applicable) is paid. This means that another customer may book your desired dates until such times as the relevant payment is received.
If the balance due and security deposit is not paid on time the caravan will be re-let and you will forfeit your initial deposit payment.
Entertainment passes are not included within the rental costs as you might end up paying for something you do not require. These are available at extra cost from reception on site.
The keys will be available at any time after 3:00Pm on the holiday start date by way of a key safe. If arriving late at night we would ask that you be considerate of other caravan users. The code for the key safe will be sent to you at least three days prior to the commencement of the holiday. The caravan must be vacated by 10:00Am on the day of departure and left in good condition. You may be liable for any loss or damage.
Although we the owners are happy to rent the caravan to non-family groups if park regulations allow, under these circumstances, the minimum age of all occupants must be 21. We would ask for proof of ID before the booking can go ahead and reserve the right to charge a refundable security deposit of £200.00
The number of guests in your party must not be greater than the maximum number of berths available in the caravan you book. We must be given the required details of all party members and if a family group at least one party member must be aged 21 or over.
The site rules must be adhered to at all time, particularly with regard to supervision of children, noise levels etc. Ourselves and the park staff will not tolerate rude and abusive behaviour, telephone calls, texts and/or emails. In extreme circumstances, we the owners reserve the right to terminate a holiday if guests break the terms and conditions as agreed to or misuse the caravan in anyway. You will be asked to leave the caravan forfeiting your holiday, irrespective of length of break remaining, and all monies excluding your refundable deposit if no damage has occurred.
The caravan must be treated with respect and left in a clean and tidy condition; if it is not then you will be invoiced for additional cleaning costs. Substantial damage must be paid for. If we do not receive these payments legal action will be taken to recover required costs.
All theft will be reported to the necessary authorities. If you leave the caravan unsecured at any time during, or at the end of, your stay and this results in theft, vandalism or any other damage you will be liable for the costs incurred.
If as a result of your stay the caravan is deemed unfit for occupation by the next set of guests, resulting in a refund of monies paid by those guests, you will be liable to reimburse us. Again action will be sought at law to recover these costs from you.
Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan. Pets are not permitted at the caravan. Same sex groups are not permitted at the caravan.
Upon payment of the deposit and/or balance due you will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions as stated without prejudice.
We the owners reserve the right to cancel any booking and give a full refund where unforeseen circumstances occur. In these cases, we will endeavour to give as much notice as possible.
We the owners reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion.
If in the unlikely event there is a problem with the caravan, we the owners will try to rectify the fault in the first instance. A refund will only be given if the problem cannot be solved in a reasonable time and has a fundamental affect on your stay.
A refund will not be given if the problem is as a result of things beyond our control, such as loss of TV reception due to transmitter failure, loss of internet or mobile phone signal, problems with other holiday makers or problems with the site.
The owners do not offer a no quibble money back guarantee. A refund will not be given if you simply do not like the caravan of your choice and / or the contents contained therein. ...Show less
