Owner's Booking Terms

25% non-refundable deposit secures booking, with balance payable 6 weeks before arrival date. Key and damage deposit of £60 payable with balance. This will be fully refunded upon successful inspection by the cleaner within 1 week of your departure. Pay by PayPal/Bank Transfer/Cheque Guest Check-in from 3pm, Check-out by 10am on day of departure. Key collection from main reception.

Owner Description

Our Deluxe caravan comprises lounge/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and en-suite toilet off main bedroom.

BEDROOMS
One large bedroom the width of the caravan (12ft), comprises double bed, 2 x double wardrobes, shelving, mirror, en-suite toilet and hand basin. One smaller bedroom comprising 2 x single beds, wardrobe, shelving. Pull-out double bed in lounge area.
Duvets and pillows are provided however guests need to bring bed linen.

KITCHEN
The galley kitchen has gas cooker with hob and grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge with small freezer compartment and plenty of cupboard space. It is well equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, saucepans, utensils etc.

LOUNGE/DINING AREA
The lounge area is carpeted with a gas fire, has plenty of seating with a wrap around L shaped sofa, this contains the double pull out sofa bed. Flat screen 32" TV with Freeview and DVD player. Dining table with L shaped seating and stools.

BATHROOM
Good sized bathroom with walk in shower, toilet, hand basin, shelving unit and heated towel rail. En-suite toilet and hand basin off main bedroom. Guests will need to bring towels and toiletries.
