Our 3 bedroomed centrally heated double glazed caravan is our pride and joy, the attached large gated decking to the front enables you to have your meals outide whilst enjoying the stunning views, the wooden picnic table seats 8 and has a large parasol. There are also some extra chairs. The caravan isnfully equipped with everything you need, beautiful coordinated upholstery, it has a walk in double sized power shower and there is also another wc and sink, all that is needed is your own bed linen, towels and t towels, there are ample cleaning products and we ask you please to leave the caravan as beautifully as you found it on your arrival ready for the next guests to arrive please, safety checks are done prior to your arrival, however we strongly advise you to please test the smoke/carbon monoxide alarms on arrival for your own piece of mind. the cost of the holiday includes all electricity and gas, however does not include entertainment/pool passes these can be purchased separately on arrival, in the unlikely event that you should encounter any problems, ie low gas, a simple phone call and that will be rectified.

The beach is located at the bottom of the park 2 mins from the entrance to the site, Borth has a blue flag beach, and very clean, there are rocks on part of the beach where you can enjoy crabbing, and also the rocks that are in the sea help as a breaker and children can safely bathe there, there is lifeboat centre there, Borth is a small town with some shops and pubs and a small cinema in the height of the season, there is also Borth Animalarium, if you are looking for a large shopping centre this can be found 5 miles away in Aberystwyth which can be accessed by car train or local bus, the bus stop is just outside the site on oposite side of road, in the other direction approx 2/3 miles drive down the sea front YNYSLAS can be found this is a beautiful sandy area where the river meets the sea, there are sand dunes, and the view over the estuary to Aberdovey is beautiful, you can enjoy lots of shell picking On Ynyslas. Check tide times if you plan to walk around the dunes to the sea, I do recommend this as the beach the other side of the dunes is beautiful but don’t get caught out with the tide, you can purchase a tide booklet from local shop approx £2 to be sure. It is Beautiful to spend the day there and costs £2 to park all day on the beach there is an information hut toilets and an ice cream van can be found there most days selling the hugest of 99,s ever. Definitely worth a visit

There are many places to visit surrounding Borth, of which a selection of leaflets can be found in reception.
