A provisional booking will remain firm for a period of seven days, within which time a £100 deposit must be paid. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, unless terminated by ourselves. Outstanding balance payment must be received no later than 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. A £100.00 security deposit must also be paid with the balance payment. This will be refunded within 7 days of the end of your holiday, should the caravan be deemed clean and tidy to an acceptable level and free from any damage.
Letting Arrangements: The caravan can be occupied from 1300 hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 1000 hrs on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed with ourselves. Lost keys will be charged for at £10 per set.
Accommodation: The accommodation may only be used by the persons listed on the booking form, which must be signed by the hirer, who will be responsible for the entire party. The caravan occupancy must not be exceeded or Primrose Valley and/or the Owner can remove all occupants from the hire of the caravans with no recompense.
The hirer of the caravan must be 21 or older, and must be present during the occupancy of the caravan. All adult groups must contain at least 2 members over the age of 21. The caravan is only available for rent by families and responsible couples. Primrose Valley do not allow all male or all female parties, however same sex couples are welcome.
For reasons of hygiene and the comfort of other guests, we ask that strictly NO PETS and NO SMOKING inside the caravan.
The accommodation must be left clean and tidy. Any breakages/damage to furniture, fittings, inventory or the accommodation must be paid for by the hirer. If upon your arrival at the caravan, it is not clean and tidy to an acceptable level, please contact us immediately on 07749 554664, so that we can rectify the situation. This also applies to any obvious damage to any fixtures or fittings in the caravan.
Funworks Passes: Entertainment passes are not included in the caravan hire cost. If required, these may be purchased at reception on arrival. We can pre-order them on your behalf if requested.
Behaviour: If, in the opinion of ourselves or the park manager, any party is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the well-being of others, we or the park manager may re-take possession of the accommodation immediately, without compensation to the party.
Liability: We DO NOT accept liability for injury, loss or damage, suffered by you or any member of your party.
Insurance: We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover accidents, losses, etc. These policies are available quite cheaply from most insurance brokers. ...Show less
