Owner Description

Family owned holiday home situated on trefloyne close. A quiet cul-de-sac consisting of only six caravans, perfect for families with young children. There is also a private car parking space directly outside the caravan.

A short walk away to all amenities, within walking distance of Tenby town and beautiful South Beach
.
 The caravan has full central heating, fully double glazed with smoke and carbon detectors.

Master bedroom has an en suite toilet and wash basin, double wardrobes and dressing table, 32inch wall mounted flat screen TV.
2 twin bedrooms both with wardrobe and bedside cupboard.

Main shower room with large shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin wall cabinets.

Living area has a 4 and 2 seater modern sofas with matching stools stored neatly under the coffee table, Electric fire, 43inch 4K flat screen TV, and DVD player. Radio and speakers are inbuilt with bluetooth connection. Patio doors lead onto a wrap around secure lockable decking, Ideal for little ones. Rattan 2 seater with table and 2 chairs to the front of the decking, also 2 sun loungers to the side decking.

Dinning area has table and 6 chairs. Modern open plan kitchen with full size cooker and integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.

All beds have hygiene protectors on the mattress', quilt and pillows are provided.
Guests will need to bring their own bedding, towels etc.

Bookings accepted for family's only. Strictly no smoking or pets.
Leisure passes are not provided but can be purchased at reception on arrival.

Caravan will be ready from 14:00 on day of arrival. Exit by 11:00 on last day.
