The Holiday Home for hire is a 2016 ABI Oakley 38 feet long by 12 feet wide, to give you all space to stretch out. One double and two twin bedrooms complete with duvets, pillows and bedding.
The main bedroom has fitted wardrobes with ensuite toilet.

Both twin rooms can be made into a double by pushing beds together; they also have single wardrobes. All bed linen is provided and beds made up for your arrival.
(please note, towels are not provided so please bring your own).

All Gas and electricity is in with the price. There is plenty of cupboard space for food. We do leave some supplies for our guests convenience including, toilet rolls, soap dispensers at all sinks and kitchen supplies, washing up liquid, are all supplied so please feel free to use whatever you need. Please inform us (at booking stage) if you have any special requirements and I will endeaver to accommodate your request ,

All rooms have central heating with a fire in the main lounge. There is a separate toilet and shower room so no queues in the morning. These too are heated for your comfort.

A full cooker and grill with a 4 burner gas hob takes care of the cooking. A large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster together with all the cups, plates , cutlery ( full ancillaries are at hand.)

Our Holiday home is fully central heated by gas with full double glazing. There is an LED flat screen TV and DVD player. Your car can be parked right outside the caravan so no need for lengthy trips. Carbon Monoxide alarms and Smoke alarms are fitted for your safety.

We are in a prime position on the Sandy Bay Caravan Site. There are sand dunes with plenty of walks both in an outside of the park. There are fantastic sea views from the large panoramic windows and extra large patio with ample play area around the van.

We are a three minute walk to the on-site entertainments, including indoor heated swimming pool and an outdoor all weather pitch where football, basketball and other games are played.

We do not allow pets in this van and of course there is no smoking either. We look forward to your call as booking is even faster than in other years, with a lot of our trade now coming from repeat bookings.

We ask for a £50 non refundable booking deposit to secure the dates you require with the remainder of the balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival. If this is not received in full we have the right to make these dates available to others. We accept payments by bank transaction, however, ALL transactions must be cleared in full before final bookings can be accepted.

We also charge a £50 security deposit , this is fully refunded within 7 days of your stay by bank transfer once the caravan has been checked on your departure.

Keys to the Holiday Home are secured in a key safe located on the veranda post for easy access. The various controls of the holiday home will be pre- set prior to arrival to enable you a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
