Sanderson Platinum rated caravan at Cayton Bay, Scarborough. 40FT x 14FT – 2 Bedroom caravan will sleep up to 6 people. Enjoy this very modern and new caravan situation on The Pines, which is a lovely quiet spot, excellent for family and couples. Surrounded by the pine trees and woodland areas with lawned areas either side of the caravan.

The holiday home facilities include:
Two sofas, one that turns into a sofa bed.

2 bedrooms – Master bedroom has an en suite shower.
Separate bathroom with a double shower and toilet. Gas fire.
Central heating in all rooms including the bathrooms. Double glazing.
Electric Fire
Toaster.
Kettle.
Integrated fridge freezer.
Gas cooker with separate grill.
Television with free view.
DVD player.
Microwave.
Decking complete with patio furniture and gas BBQ.

The lovely open plan of the living and dining room area allows you plenty of space. With luxury carpet and stylish appliances makes it feel as though you are home from home. The comfortable sofas also convert into a sofa bed for 2 more people. A double bed and luxury mattress on the master room and two twins beds in the second bedroom. A travel cot and high chair is available if required.

With the double glazing and an electric fire it is very easy to keep warm and comfortable staying here. The under floor and pipes are all fully insulated. The TV has free view and a DVD player is provided. Wi-Fi can be purchased on the park at a small cost with different packages available. There is a gated large decking and patio area so it is also enjoyable to relax outside. This includes the use of a gas BBQ.

There are many beautiful places to visit in and around the area, such as beaches, town centers, historical places, lakes, railways and much more.
Please note, No smoking. No same sex groups, Such as Hen or Stag parties.

A non refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure the booking. A security bond of £100.00 is also required and shall be returned after your holiday due to no damages and that the caravan is left in a clean and tidy state. Full balance of the holiday is to be paid in full 4 weeks before arrival date. We can provide your bedding but you will need to bring your own towels. Check in is at 2pm on day of arrival. Check out is at 10am on day of departure.

Cancellation Policy.
If you have to cancel your holiday may we please ask that you telephone us in the first instance and notify us in writing within 7 days.
In the event of cancellation the following charges apply.
Number of days in advance of Holiday start date cancellations charges are payable:
56 days or more - deposit only.
55-29 days - 50% of total holiday cost
28 days or less 100% of total holiday cost.

There is a 24 hour security service on the site and details and contact numbers shall be provided in a welcome pack once you arrive to start your holiday. There is a shop on site should you require and groceries and refreshments. There is also a launderette that you can use. They are many activities for children and adults. Evening entertainment in the show bar, pub/restaurant and take away services, indoor swimming pool, crazy golf, outdoor play area and amusement arcade. Please note that some activities will require a guest pass that you can obtain from the reception office at an additional fee.
