Owner Description

Lovely holiday home with all your creature comforts provided. The caravan has a lovely layout with two defined areas separated by doors: lounge, kitchen/diner to the front. There are 2 bedrooms, one double and 1 twin bedroom. With two separate toilets so you won’t have to worry about spending too long in the shower.

The lounge has two large freestanding sofas (sofa bed) coffee table, storage, lamps and entertainment unit. The dining table seats 4 people. Kitchen has fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. The caravan has gas central heating and double glazing.
42" TV, digital recorder, digital radio, I pod and dock.
Double bedroom - one double wardrobe, 2 bedside drawers, low storage unit, mirrors with double plugs, wall mounted TV, digital recorder.
2nd Bedroom has 2 singles, wardrobe and storage. TV/DVD.

Timeout night club for adults only venue. Beautiful coastline several beaches from rocky to white sand, water sports available. Lovely coastal town of PORTHCAWL is within walking distance with shops cafe's bars and fine restaurants & theatre. Coney Island fun fair 15 minutes’ walk away Around the corner you have Newton Village where you can join in with local festivals, fetes and cosy country pubs. Some park facilities require 'Passes' these can be purchased from owners reception for £15 PP for weekends or £25 for a full week.

Stayed with our two staffies for the weekend. Great location for dog friendly beach. Having t.v in the bedroom a big bonus. Having the decking is also a massive plus two hounds enjoyed lazing out due to fabulous weather. Must say we enjoyed a bottle of wine sat out also. Jane the owner was very prompt in returning our bond. Would have given a 10 for accommodation if there was a king size bed instead of the double, but it was lovely bed.

Stayed for a Monday to Friday break over Whitsun, with 2 kids and a dog. Wished I'd have booked longer. Caravan has everything you can think of and was lovely and warm on the chillier nights. Secure decking was a definite bonus and gives you that extra bit of space when at the van and the weather's nice. Very close to Newton beach (dog friendly all year round). Loved the master bedroom and the bed was very comfy. A home from home!

Well equipped van in good location near to newton beach. Great size bedroom and bed was very comfortable. Handy having two toilets and good size shower. Added bonus of decking which we used a lot as the weather was warm and sunny. Good communication with Jane and no problem receiving bond back. Will definitely book again. Dogs loved it(and we did)!.

We had a brilliant holiday, mostly body boarding despite the wet and occasionally gloomy weather as that doesn't bother us. Rock pools, hired go karts and plenty of meals out in the area. Caravan was just what we needed, ideal location on the site, perfectly clean and we'll equipped. Big thanks to Jane for being a fab host
