This comfortable and well equipped holiday home is sited on a generous plot with designated parking for two cars, in a quiet and tranquil location within the park, on the owners area.

No cars use the surrounding area around the home, unless residing there, so its safe for children to play outside. The price includes all utilities, bedding, towels and swim towels.
Outside in the locker is all the seating for the decking furniture, beach wear including wind breaks, buckets/spades, assortment of wet suits, body boards, etc. You are most welcome to use.

The siting benefits from morning and afternoon sun, and outdoor furniture on the decking allows you to sit out and enjoy the local beers and ciders!

Being double glazed and centrally heated throughout this will make your stay comfortable throughout the year. Open plan Lounge / Kitchen / Dining area with the benefit of a door opening onto a spacious deck with additional modern patio furniture.

 The Kitchen area is well equipped with appliances which include gas cooker and hob, integrated fridge with small freezer box, microwave, kettle and toaster. First aid kit. Fire Blanket and Torches.

The Lounge area has a 32" LED flat screen TV with integrated DVD player and HDMI input. We have provided some family DVDs if you want a quiet evening in watching TV, and you can bring your favourite music with you to listen to, as we have a DAB/I pod dock radio.

We have a small selection of children's games. We have also fitted high internal security chains to the two external doors, in case our little ones sleep walk!.

There is also a dining room table and four chairs, two occasional folding tables and a real gas fire in the lounge. The sleeping accommodation includes a master bedroom fitted wardrobes & drawers, with dressing table and two twin rooms (one of which can be made up as a double) There is also additional sleeping on a pull out double bed in the lounge.

Hairdryer is provided for use.

There is a spacious modern, thermostatically controlled shower in the main shower room with a toilet, and the home benefits from an additional separate toilet, which is opposite the twin bedrooms, great for bigger families.
Bed linen is provided and the beds will be made up ready for your arrival.
All beds have a 3 inch mattress topper and dressed with Egyptian cotton duvets and brushed cotton sheets.

For stays longer than one week an extra linen laundry service will be provided.

Towels are provided unless you prefer to bring your own. We also have a selection of beach towels for your use.
We have an outdoor locker which has buckets, spades, blankets, windbreaks, cricket/badminton set, wet suits, body boards for your use so you can travel lightly....there for your use.

For your convenience there is a laundry drying stand in the outdoor locker and a laundrette on site.

Ironing board and iron provided, and small hoover.

The rental will include gas and electric costs.

As per the site policy we cannot accept bookings from same sex groups.

Smoking in the caravan and pets are not allowed.

Beaches nearby include Kynance Cove, Poldhu (5 minutes drive), Coverack (15 minutes drive) and Kennack Sands (15 minutes drive). The South West Coastal Path is a few minutes drive away offering superb views and walking. The peninsular also offers a superb opportunity to visit some of the Cornwall's legendary golf courses including the UK's most southerly at Mullion Golf Club, Cape Cornwall Golf & Leisure, West Cornwall Golf Club and Perranporth Golf Club, to name a few. Mullion Holiday Park has indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, restaurant/bar and take away.

There is free WiFi connection in the bar area, crazy golf, play area, indoor soft play for toddlers, sports field, live entertainment for children and adults, amusement arcade and a launderette.

Weekly passes for use of the park's facilities are available to buy at reception and are cheaper for shorter breaks.
There is a “Nisa Local” shop on site for basic essentials with a selection of larger supermarkets in nearby Helston, on your way through to the Park.

I booked the caravan in trepidation of the lateness of year, September. Too often we have rented one and the hygiene breakages slip down a scale and wont be replaced until the new season. My husband. myself, plus 3 teenagers all in one small place to live in harmony for a week, we must be mad!! On arrival entering the van we where all taken aback by the cleanliness of the living quarters and kitchen. To hear 3 teenagers say (wow) was music to my ears. I immediately checked the rest of the van and couldn’t find one speck of dust, no gooey bathroom, ultra clean toilets etc. fantastically clean oven, cooker and utensils. To add to this there is also a balcony with chairs and small table to house your cuppa in the mornings sun, or your wine in the evenings sunset. A key safe is housed on the balcony the number given day before arrival. I wish all van owners had this, so much better going back on your own knowing the key is accessible for all, and the worry of loosing it gone!! The site was very quiet and much needed for the 5 of us, I thank you Bev & Adie Butcher for delivering an extremely clean and comfortable holiday. Wont hesitate to book again
