Our Willerby Bermuda caravan is conveniently located on Karo Place 121 which is not too far from the resort centre but avoids the disadvantages of being too close to the centre. There are sea views from the lounge and patio.

The caravan has two bedrooms and sleeps up to 5 adults, with the lounge sofa having a pull-out double bed. Although a two bedroom caravan, it is the size of a typical three bedroom 37’ x 12’ caravan, therefore having more generous living accommodation. It is a very comfortable caravan and we have people return to us quite often because they have enjoyed the caravan so much.

The caravan has decking and outside table and chairs, as well as a gate to the decking, which is useful if you have children. At the rear of the caravan is a storage area that is lockable and useful for storing luggage cases etc. and contains the vacuum cleaner and other cleaning aids.

There is full central heating to each room, a gas fire in the lounge and double-glazing throughout.

Bedroom 1 - has a king sized bed (with under-bed storage for suitcases) and has its own en-suite with wash basin and toilet. There are also storage cupboards and a double wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 - has 2 single beds as well as storage cupboards and a cupboard with a clothes rail.

Bathroom - has a large shower unit, toilet, sink and under sink storage.

Kitchen – Gas cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge and freezer units, storage cupboards and is complete with saucepans, cutlery, crockery, etc.
Also included is an ironing board and iron.

Lounge – This is spacious, with sofa units and a pull-out fully sprung double bed underneath. It has its own dining area with a free standing table and 4 chairs and is next to a window to give a bright dining area. The main area has a gas fire, coffee table and various storage cupboards complete with a selection of books. There is a new (2017) 32inch flat screen digital TV and connected DVD, both with remote controls.

Parking: There is a large grassed area directly behind the caravan, very useful for loading and unloading cars. Next to this is a parking area for the caravan and other local caravans.

Linen: Duvets and pillows are provided. You will need to provide your own linen, i.e. sheets, duvet and pillow covers (alternatively this is available to hire from reception), as well as towels and tea towels.

A door leads from the lounge and kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms allowing for these areas to be separated.

Please note that smoking and pets are not allowed within the caravan.

Gas, electricity and water are all included in the price.

Devon Cliff Passes (for entertainment and activities): – These are required to enter the main entertainment complex and are not included in our prices. They can be purchased from the main reception or before your holiday (at slightly reduced rates) from Devon Cliffs.

Times of Occupancy – The caravan is available from 3.00 p.m. We ask that you vacate by 11.00 a.m. on the morning of your departure. Keys for the caravan are in a keysafe located at the caravan and we will issue the key code prior to your holiday.

Bookings - A £50 deposit is required to reserve your holiday dates. Full payment of the cost of your holiday is required 8 weeks before your arrival date.

Your £50 deposit will then become a security bond and will be reimbursed 7 days after your departure in the event of no loss, damage or breakages and our holiday home has been left in a good, clean and tidy condition - just as you will find it.

By booking our holiday home, you are agreeing to pay for any damages incurred, to include the veranda. This is any damage caused by you or any member of your party, including guests.

The full payment must be received not less than 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday. If we do not receive it by then, your booking will be void. Holidays booked less than 8 weeks in advance will require the full payment. All payments will need to be cleared before the booking can be accepted.

Keys are left in a key safe, details and a code to open the safe and obtain the keys will be provided after full payment. This allows the holiday makers to access the caravan at their convenience after 3.00 p.m.

Terms & Conditions - We will attempt to hand over the caravan to you in a first class condition, please ensure it is the same before leaving.

Should the caravan become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund of money received will be given. We would try and find alternative holiday accommodation.

You must agree to pay for any damage caused to the caravan or its contents including loss caused by yourself or any member of your party. This does not include failure due to normal use.
