HOPTON HOLIDAY VILLAGE is at the centre of many local attractions and this lovely well equipped holiday home will give you all your home comforts while enjoying the landscaped area it is situated on.

Birkdale is a popular section of the park for both families & couples.
A play area for children to interact with others amid the circle of 15 caravans yet the plot still maintains a peaceful atmosphere couples can enjoy.
The plot is set back from main roads and has a large patio area plus garden furniture making it a great setting for holiday makers to relax in between their days activities.
A bonus with a family shower room PLUS an ensuite shower room to main bedroom....

Storage cupboard: This organised large cupboard (or small utility area) incorporates the boiler as well as storing books, games, upright hoover, iron, ironing board, airers and pegs.

Lounge: 32" Smart Full HD TV and separate Blu-Ray DVD Player, piped aerial giving excellent TV reception, a wide selection of DVDs suitable for all ages, board games and cards for families to enjoy fun time together in a relaxed atmosphere.

Kitchen: Microwave, integrated full size fridge-freezer, full size cooker & extractor fan.

Main bedroom: with en-suite shower room, double wardrobe/drawers, over bed cupboards, lights and bedside cupboards. Duvet and 4 pillows upgraded from the standard supplied, to 13.5 tog and anti-allergy.

Twin bedrooms: Both identical rooms, each with full length wardrobe/drawers, bedside cabinet and long mirror over, bedside cabinet, over bed lights. No arguments with children fighting over the best room. Duvets and pillows (1 pillow to bed) upgraded from the standard supplied, to 13.5 tog and anti-allergy.

Family bathroom: Shower, toilet and wash basin with cupboard and shelves. A step stool for little ones is kept in the storage cupboard.

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking.
The balance PLUS £75 refundable security deposit is due 6 weeks before the holiday start date.

The security deposit will be returned by cheque within 10 days from completed holiday, on condition that the caravan is left in the same condition as on arrival , clean & without damage. Thank you.

    The popular theme park Pleasurewood Hills is based in Lowestoft, a few miles away and next to a Tesco store.
    Sainsburys, Tesco , Morrison & Asda are all within a ten minute drive.

Lovely clean caravan. Well equipped, also supplied a travel cot for our little one. We had a wonderful week, of course the weather was a huge bonus. Defiantly a home from home, and no que for the loo or shower. As there was two of both of these. Would defiantly recommend .
