Positioned within the beautiful area of CASTLE LAKE is our immaculately presented 2 bedroom holiday home , we are just set back from the fishing lake itself and central to all the parks facilities .

Our holiday home offers full central heating with piped gas ( no bottles to be changed) plus double glazing and the extra benefit of a gas fire within the living area. From the living area we have French doors leading out onto a roofed & illuminated decking area which includes patio furniture , perfect for chilling or keeping the smaller child in a safe and secure area . Within our living area we have 2 free standing sofas , one of which folds out into a double metal action spring bed, so we can comfortably sleep 6 persons ( no more) . We also have a dining table plus four chairs , coffee table, two foot stools , and a 42” TV / Combined DVD player and dvds provided for your use.

Our shower room consists of a generous size shower, mirror , storage , toilet & wash basin .

We have 2 bedrooms Master room with 22” TV / DVD , double bed with domestic mattress , very roomy dressing area with mirror and stool , wardrobe plus en-suite. Twin bedroom has TV /DVD , 2 single beds , wardrobe and lots of storage . (we can supply travel cot upon request ) No extra cost .

We provide duvets, pillows and mattress protectors for your stay , linen can be provided this is an optional choice for a small extra cost .( please ask )

Outside we have our own patio area and decked patio , both areas with patio furniture , we also have our own designated parking bay .

All gas & electric is included in our hire prices

We offer 3 nights ( Fri - Mon ) 4 nights ( Mon - Fri ) and 7 nights ( Fri - Fri ) or ( Mon - Mon )

A £50 non - refundable deposit secures your booking dates with full balance plus £50 refundable damages / cleaning bond due 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date.

We the owners , reserve the right to re- hire our holiday home if full payment is not received 6 weeks prior to your holiday commencing .

CHECK OUT TIME by 10am

We do not refund due to cancellations by you ( the hirer)
