There is central heating in all rooms and there is an extractor fan and heated towel rail in the shower room

Master bedroom with double bed. Second bedroom with twin single beds. Third bedroom with twin single beds. Shower room with wash basin and toilet, and a second toilet with wash basin. There is also an extra pull out double bed in the lounge area.

There is a large decking area with table and chairs and parking for 2 cars. Seafront and mountain view from the caravan.

Electric and gas included in the price, Duvets and pillows supplied but bed linen not provided. Perfect location only a few minutes walk to the beach and site facilities and a 5-10 minute drive to Barmouth Town

To secure the booking you will need to pay a Security Deposit of £250. Your holiday will not be blocked out until this has been received. The security deposit is an additional payment on top of the holiday cost which is fully refundable after a satisfactory caravan inspection.
