A 75.00 deposit/care and respect bond is required to secure caravan (paid by cheque or bank transfer) The full balance to be paid six weeks before holiday is due. (The 75.00 deposit/care and respect bond will be returned within 48 hrs if no breakages, damage, missing items, or other breach of Terms and Conditions)
Terms and conditions will be sent out out with booking form after deposit/care-bond is received
we do not accept bookings for single sex parties
The person booking must be aged 21 or over
Dogs (if agreed by owner) are not allowed to be left in caravan on their own at any time.
Prices do not include haven passes.
Duvets, pillows mattress and pillow protectors are supplied. Please bring own duvet covers sheets and pillow cases Passes can be purchased from haven reception.
Also bed linen can he hired from haven for a charge

Description

Welcome to our prestige luxurious swift Bordeaux holiday home with full double glazing central heating and distant sea views. On a lovely sunny large pitch opposite a beautiful 14th century church.

French doors open on to a veranda with a bistro table and chairs where you can sit with a book and a glass of wine. There is also a gated decking to the side door. The caravan is fitted with a alarm if you would like to use it.

Lounge with 3 seater and a 2 seater freestanding sofas a 42" smart TV, a DVD player, Bluetooth speakers in ceiling.

kitchen has all utensils you will need. Full size cooker. microwave, full sized fridge/ freezer,
Dining table and 4 chairs.

Large Master bedroom has king size bed a 32" smart TV large dressing table plenty of wardrobe space and cupboards also has a en-suite toilet and basin. Hairdryer provided. Room for a travel cot should you wish to bring your own.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds wardrobe and cupboards

Bathroom has a large power shower

Duvets pillows and mattress protectors are provided but you will need to bring bed linen towels and tea towels.

Cleaning products provided 2 toilet rolls hand soap tea coffee sugar for a cuppa when you arrive.

Key safe on decking no waiting in long queues at reception.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE OF CARAVAN ON DECKING OR ON THE VERANDA.

Passes are not provided but can be purchased from Haven reception
Passes allow you to use facilities at sister site Sea-view.

Caravan is a short walk to a dog friendly beach also 2 great pubs that serve good food.

Just spent a week at Cherrys caravan, it was such a pleasant, clean and comfortable caravan. It really felt like home from home, lots of thoughtful little things that made it an enjoyable stay. The weather was lovely which meant we enjoyed sitting on the sunny patio. Cherry was very prompt and helpful with the booking. Would definitely like to stay again.

Just returned from a lovely week away with daughter and 5yr old grandson.The caravan is lovely and comfortable,with everything you need including games and books for the young ones and some books for the adults.The position of the caravan is perfect,a nice quiet plot,but within easy reach of all the amenities. Cherry is a brilliant owner,staying in contact with you from booking until your holiday ends.We would definitely go back and recommend this caravan.

A fantastic caravan on a lovely peaceful site. So close to lots if great things to explore. An extremely dog friendly area. We think it's one if the best we have been too. Will definitely go back. We did not use the onside fascitilies but they look really good for families.

We had a pleasant stay at the caravan. It was a wonderful caravan with everything you need. It was great to have games, books and DVDS available. The games came in handy with our daughter. She enjoyed the DVDS too. The caravan was clean and tidy. Owner is very lovely and approachable.
