A deposit of £150 is required to secure the dates, deposits are non-returnable.
Once a booking is confirmed by Three the Elms Holiday Home, the Guest is responsible for the balance of the cost of the holiday together with a refundable Good Housekeeping bond of £100 paid 6 weeks before arrival.
In order that your accommodation can be properly prepared, it is important that you do not arrive before 3.00pm and that you depart by 10.00am.
Entertainment passes are not included in the holiday price. Prices for the passes are set by Haven and are per person, with children discounts (4 – 16), under fours do not need a pass, the passes must be purchased from Haven on-site

If you wish to book a holiday let me know the dates and for how many people, (number of adults and number of children) then I will send you a booking form. Bookings are typically Saturday to Saturday. However, outside the main holiday periods mid-week or short breaks can usually be arranged. It is not necessary for you to fill all the beds in the property, the price is for the Holiday Home not per person. When we receive your completed booking form and deposit, we will send you a confirmation of booking and details of the balance due. Provisional bookings will only be held for 7 days pending receipt of your deposit. The balance of the cost should reach us 6 weeks before you start your holiday.
