Great value for money and excellent customer service from Della. Lovely gesture of milk, tea, coffee, butter and bread all there when we arrived as well as a few games and bucket and spades for the kids, which saved us transporting our own. A quiet pitch in the park and very close to the beach. The only thing we would recommend taking or possibly being supplied is a small airer as it would’ve been easier to dry things, unless there’s one there and we didn’t find it. Thanks fella for a lovely break away.

Lovely clean caravan with bedding made up for us on arrival and a welcome pack in the fridge. Lovely quiet location on the park away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to. A small play area very close by and a large grassed area next to the caravan. A fantastic park with activities available day and night plus the option of visiting the lovely areas Norfolk has to offer. Will hopefully be back next year.

Just back from our first ever trip to this area, we go to Skegness two or three times a year and decided this year to go back in my nans footsteps and visit her old neck of the woods. I loved the area, yes there isn't tons to do in Caister itself, but we spent hours walking on the beach it's a beautiful beach just a stones throw from the caravan which was great. There are bus links a short walk away to Great Yarmouth and there is actually alot of interesting history to Caister which really made us love the area more. The site itself has so much to do you don't need to leave, there is a lidl up the road, we even took our dogs to an enclosed dog agility pen on haven which was free. One of our dogs is nervous and cannot come off lead and he absolutely loved running around in there. The food at the Mash and Barrel was very nice and a massive portion! The caravan was one of the largest I've ever stayed in. Two toilets was a bonus I wasn't expecting, the welcome package when you arrive was a perfect added touch. TV is a good size, couldn't get Channel 1 though which was disappointing, however we don't go away to watch TV! The bathroom was large, bed was comfortable and the whole van was very clean. We will definitely book again with you thank you.

Lovely quiet position in the park. 2 mins from the sand dunes and sea. Watching the seals was a real highlight. A short walk to main facilities, which were very friendly and welcoming. Caravan had all the essentials and was well equipped with tea, coffee and bread provided . We had a lovely break in amazing weather. The only issue was Haven did not have confirmation of our booking on arrival and car reg refused admission so caused a bit of stress and delayed entry..learning make sure you get Haven confirmation as well as owner confirmation before you leave home. Other than that it was great.

Thank you for your review I'm so sorry that you were delayed in getting into the caravan with the new covid rules mistakes can happen. If you decide to come back in the future I'm sure I can give you a discount on your next holiday for the inconvience caused I can only apologise for the error and will be taking this up with haven. The owner presented a very clean, comfortable and spacious caravan. Situated close to the beach and in a quiet area close to beautiful rose garden. The caravan was very clean and well appointed. The owner even supplied a welcome pack of coffee,tea and other helpful goodies. We had great week going to various attractions but always looked forward to returning to the caravan for dinner and s few drinkies. Had a great time.

The caravan was well equipped, the two toilets was a real bonus. It was brilliant we could start our holiday straight away as the beds were made up. The caravan is in a great location I must admit I was a little concerned when you said it was on a quiet part of the camp but it was perfect my granddaughters loved the play area. Thank you so much we will definitely try to book again next year.

Second time we have stayed in caravan with our dogs.Easy to book and arrange payment very prompt response to our booking and questions when raised. Caravan is fantastic, very clean with everything you need, even has board games and large screen tv to keep you entertained , bed linen provided and welcome pack of break, milk tea etc. Not that we needed but even had electric blanket and hot water bottles if needed. Great location 2 minutes to the beach and ideal for childrens play area.Would definitely go back and happy to recommend.

Absolutely brilliant. Great location, easy access to beach. Will definitely be back, if you let us. Owners were extremely quick to sort out any problems, eg ran out gas and it was rectified in half an hour. We had an excellent week and was fortunate to have had great weather too.

Booking process simple. The caravan was well equipped, and having the beds made up, towels, and a welcome pack of basics, ie tea, coffee,milk,bread etc. was an extra bonus. The weather during our week was very changeable, but we were able to have a great time with our grand daughters of 5 yrs, and 7 months. We had stayed at Haven Caister before, we were unable to book with them, as nothing was available at the time we booked, we searched online and were rewarded with this excellent alternative. Thanks Della for providing a memorable holiday for us, and we would recommend you to anyone. Great value for money.
