Owner Description

Our caravan is a Prestige standard 6 berth sited on 875 Ocean View. It has south facing decking and sea views. This is a quieter and more private part of the site but only about 10 minute walk from the private beach and clubhouse.

The caravan is complete with double glazing and central heating as well as an electric fire in the lounge for additional heat in the winter. There is a lounge with french doors leading onto the decking area, which has table and chairs. The lounge has wrap around seating and has a flatscreen TV with built in freeview.

An open plan dining area to seat 4 people leads onto the kitchen which is complete with cooker, fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster and all necessary cooking utensils.

There are 2 bedrooms a master double which is complete with an en-suite toilet and a twin room. Pillows and Duvets are provided but you will need to provide linen. A separate main bathroom also contains a shower.

Lydstep Beach village has a launderette and a shop, a children’s park and play area together with an Entertainment complex. Passes for the Entertainment Complex are available for a small fee (this can be obtained from the onsite office or arranged prior to arrival). The complex includes a heated indoor swimming pool and games area. A Park ranger provides a variety of activities for the children including archery, badger watching etc and evening entertainment is provided in the clubhouse for the whole family. The Lydstep park is ideally situated on Pembrokeshire national park with a bus route close by for easy access to Tenby and Saundersfoot etc. Pembroke coastal path is only minutes from the caravan.

Since these pictures were taken the caravan has been completely renovated with new upholstery, carpets and curtains to the cost of £3000, we respectfully ask that our caravan is looked after and any damage paid for.

We take £100 non returnable holding deposit. This will be returned when the van has been inspected after vacating, The payment to be made in full 4 weeks before the holiday date. We accept one small /medium well behaved house trained dog but the deposit will increase in case of any extra cleaning or damage. There is a field close by which is excellent for exercising you dog.
