Owner Description

As you enter our caravan by the main door into the hallway, to the right you will find the first toilet with a small basin. Next a bedroom with twin single beds in, then the double bedroom with another bedroom with twin single beds in. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space for hanging your clothes in. All beds have mattress protectors on, also pillows with protectors on and duvets. Bedding is available.

To the left of the main door you will find the bathroom with another toilet, shower and small basin. As you walk past the bathroom into the kitchen, you will find it fully stocked with fridge with an icebox, oven/ grill microwave kettle toaster as well as cookware, oven trays and a roasting dish. Cutlery, cups, plates dishes and wine glasses. Also for young children we have plastic cutlery plates bowls and beakers. There is a dining area just off the kitchen to sit and eat your meals. In the living room their is a large flat screen TV with freeview and a separate Dvd. Plus a double pullout bed.

Our caravan is double glazed, underfloor insulated. It is fitted with a smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm. No smoking inside our caravan. Provided for you use is an hairdryer, hair straighteners hoover iron and ironing board.

On site facillities include a shop, children's play area, laundrette and site office. Kingfisher park is very well maintained and has superb security with card operated entry exit barriers. So only owners and guests can access the park by car. Your vehicle can be parked alongside the caravan for peace of mind, unless it is heavy raining then we ask you to park near the bins. The park has security with cctv and regular security patrol.

A bond of £50 secures your dates and is returned to you once my cleaner has been into check our caravan has been left as found with no damage. If you cancel your holiday the bond is not refunded.
