Owner Description

Our Willerby Sheraton is just newly sited for 2018 and offers contemporary stylish accommodation which easily accommodates up to 4 persons.

It is front line with views of the sea and also Lindisfarne and Bamburgh in the distance. The holiday home has 2 bedrooms, master has ensuite with shower and a walk-in wardrobe, once again uninterrupted sea views from the bedroom window.
There is also a shower in the main bathroom.

Each bedroom has its own free view tv, as well as a 40inch tv in the lounge area .

The lounge has patio doors leading on to the front decking overlooking the spectacular sea views where Lindisfarne and Bamburgh can be viewed in the distance. You often can see dolphins swimming past as well as watching the small fishing boats out catching the fish of the day !

The dining area leads on to the side decking with rattan table and chairs .
This decking gets the sun all afternoon and is great for watching the fabulous sunsets !

We also have a small selection of games and books available for those days when the weather is not so good as well as being able to access on the tv some of the most recent and most popular films .

Duvets, pillowcases ,Bed linen and towels are included as well as a hairdryer , and iron. Beds will be made up on arrival , 2 single beds and one Kingsize bed.

The Kitchen has everything you need , with large fridge freezer ,built in microwave and a dining table with 4 chairs . We have our own private parking bay and there is also plenty of visitor parking around the site .
Leisure passes are not included but can be purchased from the reception .

Berwick train station is just across the road from the parks entrance and Berwick town centre is within walking distance as well as the beaches and even the golf course.

PLEASE NOTE :Maximum occupancy is for 4 persons ONLY and NO Smoking or Vaping inside the van and NO pets allowed at anytime .
PLEASE ADVISE on booking how many persons will be staying overnight in the holiday home as occupancy is checked on a regular basis Thankyou .
