I think this was our third stay at Timpson Towers and we are lucky enough to be able to book another stay this September. I absolutely love this caravan, I would stay here every week if I could. The caravan is situated in the perfect spot with easy access to everything. The caravan has everything you need for your stay. Roll on September :)

Had our 3rd fabulous holibobs here and just booked our 4th! The caravan has everything you could possible need and more. It is quiet and relaxing with great walks, best fish and chips just a mile away and a really comfy bed, best nights sleep I have had in years!

We had a really relaxing, safe week with lots of dog walking through beautiful pine woods. Van was very warm, comfortable and well equipped. Plus the luxury of a shower each! Site is in a great position for beach and Wells. Local fish and chips excellent. Would go again if we didn't have our own tourer to drag out of mothballs!

Timpson Towers is a home from home. The caravan has everything you could possibly wish for and more whilst on holiday at Wells. Jonathon, the owner, has equipped and furnished the van very well and his cleaning team leave it spotless. There really is nothing you could wish for, everything has been taken care of - right down to toilet rolls and the use of their dinghy. The setting at Pinewoods is very peaceful with only a short walk to the glorious beach and famous cafe, or a quirky miniature train ride into the centre of Wells for local shops, pubs, restaurants, harbour, amusements and great fish and chips. Our two boys really enjoyed the vast DVD collection and games - great for rainy days or family nights in. There is so much to do in the area it would be good to have a car. Communication with the owner has been excellent throughout. Overall the caravan and the experience has been faultless, we have booked to stay again in 2021.

Stayed at Timpson Towers for my birthday weekend. It was such an amazing caravan - home from home. You can tell it is very well loved and cared for and we were lucky to be able to share it. Definately the best we've stayed in. Great location and so well equipped. Such good communication from Jonathan, he kept us well informed with updates before and during our stay and checked all was well with our stay afterwards. Can't thank you enough for sharing Timpson Towers with me and my family. Love Wells-next-the-Sea and now we know there is somewhere wonderfully warm and homely even in the winter months! Would love to stay in the summer to make the most of the outdoor facilities as well.

We stayed at Timpson Towers over a weekend for the Wells Next the Sea winter fireworks and arrival of Santa. The caravan site is ideally located a short walk from the main car park adjacent to the Pinewoods cafe and beach. Its another 2 minute walk to the miniature train stop at Pinewoods camp site that takes visitors into the town (although this was closed on our visit in December). Pinewoods campsite has a small on site shop for the essentials, as well as a security office / reception and gym for members. The caravan is well located, very close to the reception and with parking next to the van for up to 2 vehicles. Inside the van, it was well equipped with utensils, plates, cups, glasses etc and we had more than enough for the 3 of us staying for the weekend. The main bedroom is kitted out with smart tv and enough plugs for hairdryers, straighteners and phone chargers! And the bed was very comfortable along with a nice hot shower. The other bedroom has two singles in and unlike other static vans we've stayed in the beds seemed more than adequate for our 6'3 son. The lounge is nice and cosy and had plenty of seating for us to relax and enjoy the fire and smart tv. All in all, this is an excellent place to stay when visiting Wells, as the walk to and from the town is very pleasant whatever the time of day, or weather, and makes the excuse of leaving the car alone for the weekend. best regards stephen

Very spacious & comfortable caravan, well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Wi-Fi & TV’s are a bonus for rainy days. A lovely shop on site with all essentials & the Beach Café with it’s wonderful snacks within an easy walk. It’s a perfect base for bird watching. Jonathan checks all is okay & is easily contactable should you have any questions. If you are going to stay in Wells I can't think of a better place than Timpson Towers!

It was a shame to be only staying for a week as the accommodation was superb. Modern, warm, and spacious. It is without doubt the loveliest static home we have stayed in. We, and our dogs, love Wells very much and plan to come again. We've just bought a caravan so we will be staying in that next time. Otherwise we would certainly be booking this home again.

We had a three night stay in this first class caravan . Johnathan very kindly emailed me the night before and said the previous guests had gone home a day early so we could collect keys first thing in the morning if we wanted to . The caravan was by far the best we have ever stayed in . Very modern and spacious . Lots of extras included dvds books etc . The kitchen very well equipped and again spotlessly clean . We have been holidaying at Pinewoods for the last seven years with our two dogs, and stayed in several different statics, this one by far the best. Johnathan has thought of everything to make your holiday a holiday to remember, with lots of lovely touches, large screen tv (and one in the master bedroom!), washing machine, dishwasher, sunloungers, decking, table and chairs, and various buckets, spades for the youngsters. We love coming to Wells and Pinewoods and look forward to a return stay!

I have stayed at Pinewoods a few times using their Vans, Timpson Towers is a much nicer package, It is equipped with everything you need to make your holiday a great experience. Everything is their from the practical things you need, to the little things like a Shed full of Beach Toys, Fishing Gear, Crabbing Gear etc, Bedroom full of books, games , DVD's for the Kids. The accommodation both Inside and Out is great, very comfortable, both on nice days and even on the odd wet day. When I return to Wells next time will certainly look at booking with Jonathan as a first choice, his customer service is excellent keeps you informed and makes everything an easy experience. Haven't reviewed Wells itself, all I can say is a nice little old fashioned Sea side resort. Pinewoods is a nice quiet site which suits me. Beach (in my opinion) one of the best, possibly in this country. Great for Kids, Dogs, Walking, Paddling, if the tide is in Swimming. Thanks Jonathan.

My husband and I, along with our dog, have just returned from a wonderful week's stay at Timpson Towers. Jonathan, the owner, has clearly put a lot of thought into equipping the caravan with all the things you might need for a home from home experience and is continuing to add to the facilities as the season progresses. The caravan is situated in a lovely quiet area of the park, an easy walk to the wonderful beach. Would highly recommend and we will definitely return.

Just returned from a week in Timpson Towers , weather was very good. This was our first time in this mobile home and we have stayed in al lot of vans on this site but we can truly say this was the best so far. We stayed at Timpson Towers for the first time for me, my husband and our 2 miniature schnauzers and was not disappointed. Even though the weather wasn’t on our side ... we made the most of our time at Wells. We visited lots of different places chasing the weather ???? when we arrived back we cooked different meals each night and was well equipped ???? loved the different spices ???? Timpson Towers is quite simply put, exquisite. Jonathan has put maximum effort into providing everything you could need for a break, fully equipped and comfortable, there really is very little more you could ask for. Comfortable beds. Hot showers and 2 bathrooms, I’m extremely fussy about where I stay, and I was incredibly impressed, incredible value for money, a gem of a place I’m glad we stumbled across. Pinewoods itself is beautiful and Wells is a cute little town, with amazing fish and chips, we sat on the wall eating and watching children crabbing, while soaking up the sun. Staithe Street has some lovely little shops, well worth a slow walk up for me (on crutches) 100% recommended, you won’t be disappointed.

Probably the Best Static caravan we have stayed in (and we have visited a few !) Plenty of space for our own 'stuff' (sometimes owners own properties still have lots of the owners things left it - not the case here!) as well as having every thing we could have wanted during our stay. liked having wifi, a lovely touch to have a dishwasher, left clean by the previous occupants. a short walk to the Beach and Pine woods (hence the site name). Wells is a nice seaside town with the normal fish and chip, ice cream and souvenir shops

We have been to Pinewoods many times and Timpson Towers is by far the nicest caravan we have stayed in. Spacious, well equipped, comfortable and homely. This is by far the best caravan we have ever stayed in. It’s a real home from home. It’s so well equipped with everything you need and more. With the added bonus of a dish washer. The sofas and bed are so comfortable, superb central heating that makes it warm and cosy. The wrap around decking was great for us as we have 2 dogs that we could let out without worry. It’s in a superb position, close to the beach with lovely coastal walks on either side. We really didn’t want to come home and will definitely be booking again. We highly recommend. "A beautiful home from home holiday getaway. Plenty of added extras not normally found in a caravan which add a personal touch. Extremely comfortable beds we all slept very well, warm and cosy. We hired our bedding which was of a lovely standard not the usual kind found. Plus very reasonable priced. Wells itself was lovely lite up with Christmas lights, we really enjoyed the seal boat ride but booking in advance (before you go) is a must for this. Overall an outstanding holiday home, I will sure to recommend to anyone I hear looking for a getaway. Thank you for a wonderful New Year break, all the best for 2019"

"We received a warm welcome from the owner who kindly accommodated an earlier check in time. Also friendly reception staff when picking up / dropping keys. Super comfy and cozy accommodation in the perfect location, close to the beach and shop with coastal walks either side. Soon after arriving we were exploring the beach with our two dogs. The wrap around deck added a lot of value for us. Can’t say enough about the accommodation, lots of space and great attention to detail. Highly recommended. We will definitely visit again!"

Myself and my daughter had a lovely mid week break at ‘Timpson Towers’. The weather in November had turned very cold but we were so warm and cosy with central heating throughout and the electric fire in the lounge area. The sofa was very comfortable as were the beds. There was plenty of room and the added bonus of two shower rooms was fantastic. It was only a short walk to the beach which was great. We didn’t walk to the restaurants in the evening as it’s quite a long walk back in the dark but at this time of the year the parking restrictions are lifted so we drove and parked almost outside. We only stayed 3 nights and didn’t want to leave this home from home quite so soon. We will definitely try to get back for another stay here sometime, maybe when the weather is a bit warmer so we can make use of the large decking area too !!

"Timpson Towers is very homely , nice decor ,and well equipped with all the comforts of home. We visited in November and had the most glorious weather and got a chance to sit out on the decking. Whilst we didn’t use any of the sport/leisure equipment that was provided I’m sure in the summer looking at the list ,all needs would be met. We had a few small issues that were met with courtesy and promptness from Jonathan. This holiday home is well located for walks and attractions and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family, in fact have booked again for next year. This home is obviously hugely popular due to its home from home feel."

What a fantastic base for a holiday in Wells! We went with our two young children, 3 & 19 months & it was perfect for us. The DVDs were a hit for lazy mornings, or wind down at the end of the day. The decking was a great area for them to play safely, knowing they are enclosed. The caravan has some really lovely touches! From the bits & bobs in the kitchen you’re welcome to use. The shed full of things for the beach or to go crabbing at the quay. We have stayed in caravans via Pinewoods and never again! There is such a thing as luxury in a caravan holiday and this certainly is it. Cannot wait to come in the summer and enjoy BBQs in the sunshine. Thank you Jonathan for sharing your caravan with us!

The weather was wonderful for October and the caravan was 5 star. The entertainment provided in the caravan was unbelievable, there was something there for all. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate in coming back some time in the future. From the time we booked to the time we left, went like clockwork. Our family has been coming to Wells for over 60 years and growing up I have stayed in numerous caravans on the Pinewoods. This Carvavan is lovely, great position and very well equipt. My daughter loved the choice of DVD's and the Xbox available too.

We spent a very comfortable week at Timpson Towers, the caravan is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard – and dogs are allowed !! The decking area and patio furniture were well used as we were lucky to have gorgeous weather – long walks on the glorious beach and into town – no car needed as both are close to the caravan.

The caravan is definitely a home from home! It is exceptional in every way, spacious, clean and well equipped. My husband , myself and two dogs spent the week there, exploring Wells and the surrounding area. The beach , pine woods are a short stroll away , very dog friendly! Our children (now adults) and their partners stayed with Friday and Saturday, the caravan facilities, full oven and dishwasher proved invaluable for family breakfasts! We all went to The Victoria at Holkham for a meal Saturday night, beautiful environment and the meal was gorgeous. Really enjoyed our stay!

Why would I go anywhere else when this is so perfect. The caravan was better equipped than my house. There was everything I needed and more and it was spotless and comfy. Even better the caravan is so well placed I didn't need a car. The beach is on the door step and the town a short stroll. I took a dog along and it must be one of the most dog friendly places I have stayed.

Timpson Towers is most definitely a superior place to stay and Jonathan the owner has thought of all the small details which make all the difference. It is a fantastic base from which to explore with Wells and the stunning Holkham Beach a short walk away. Dining at the Globe and Plattens as well as the ice cream heaven of the Wells Ice Cream Company and the Whin Hill Cider Barn are all highly recommended. Further afield Cromer with its pier and putting green, Cley with its beautiful windmills and The Hoste in Burnham Market are all well worth a visit. If you like walking it’s the perfect place with miles of unspoilt beaches and there is even the chance of spotting a seal or two. If you have never been to Norfolk then you are missing out and if you decide you want to go Norfolk then book Timpson Towers but be quick because the word is getting out and we have already booked again for 2019!!! We cannot rate Jonathan or his caravan enough. The town of wells is beautiful and to find a holiday home so close to the sea, with such great facilities and that allows dogs was fantastic. The van caters for all ages and is in a lovely part of the park. We can’t wait to go agagain and are looking to book very soon.

Our third year staying at Pinewoods, but our first at Timpson Towers. A well equipped caravan in a great location. The caravan had everything to make our stay enjoyable. The grandkids loved the Xbox and a great choice of DVDs to watch too. It was a treat to have a dishwasher and an ensuite shower and toilet to the main bedroom. Wells has so much to see and do and the coastline is outstanding. We will definitely visit again.

This was our second stay at Timpson Towers and it surpassed our expectations even more so than our first visit! Jonathan really has thought of everything and this is reflected in the mod-cons and high-quality standard of accommodation. We were extremely lucky with the weather and were able to spend every day down at the stunning beach which is just a five-minute walk, surreally even having a swim whilst being observed by a seal! Even in the height of the season the park was very quiet and spotlessly clean

We were lucky enough to win a weekend's stay at Timpson Towers and had a lovely few days in a part of the Country we have never visited before, discovering the hidden gem of Wells-next-the-sea. We were blessed with beautiful hot sunny days, perfect beach weather! Timpson Towers is very comfy and has everything you could possibly need, the large decking is especially nice to sit out in and enjoy the long evenings. During our stay we visited Wells and explored the local shops (a great selection of independent gift/art shops and local produce), it is either a short walk along the harbour or trip on the mini train which my daughter loved. It was a very short walk to wells beach, and we started our mornings with an early walk to the beach where we typically saw seals (amazing sight). During our stay we also visited Holkham Estate, my daughter loved the woodland play area and the cafe was enjoyed by all. There's loads to do there (bike hire/rides, boat hire) and we would have spent longer if we had more time. We also visited Holkham bay which is about a mile along the coast from Wells- its is walkable but we decided not a good idea in the heat with a 5 yr old. I can honestly say this is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever visited. Like Wells beach, the water was shallow a long way out so perfect for kids. All in all we had a great weekend and would definitely recommend Timpson Towers for a place to stay and will be back to North Norfolk again very soon!

A modern caravan in such a beautiful location. Our 3 year old loved her own room with a swinging fan that had to be on swing mode lol. There was more than enough room in the master bedroom for our baby to be in her cot bed next to us. Sadly for us the caravan needed a good clean. Jonathan has since assured us it will be Deep cleaned once a month. The decking was Amazing as was the weather. The Bluetooth ceiling speakers are Cool for evening Tunes. If you are taking older kids Jonathan has left loads of goodies in the shed to use, fishing rods crab nets games etc. Thanks Jonathan I hope we get to stay sometime in the near future. Cannot fault anything about this beautiful, luxurious and spacious holiday home. Really well equipped with lots of wonderful and useful extras. The large decking area means it's great for kids and dogs to wander safely in and out of the caravan plus it's a lovely space to eat, relax and watch the sunset. We were fortunate to have extremely good weather so were able to leave the doors open knowing that our two year old granddaughter could play and run around on the decking safely. Pinewoods is a great site and Wells a great holiday location for families and couples. Jonathan has created a brilliant holiday home and equipped it to the highest standard over and above any other caravan we have previously stayed in. Most importantly we had a fabulous 'first' holiday with our granddaughter who perhaps summed it up best when she first walked in and said "this is amazing!"

The caravan was spacious, sturdy, had a lovely veranda and a king size bed. We know the area well - it is one of our favourites - and it was brilliant to walk the Norfolk Coastal path without having to take the car somewhere and park. Similarly, late strolls along the beach after dinner were easy. Jonathan was very helpful and quickly sorted the problem we had with wifi.

Stunning accommodation of the highest quality. Everything is beautifully furnished with all you could need to make your stay comfortable. Large master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Second bedroom has two single beds which one folds away which was perfect for us as we have one child. The kitchen & living room has everything and more! Can't wait to come again to enjoy the decking which is going up tomorrow! My son is so sad to leave, he loves it as do we!!! Jonathan has been so helpful every step of the way. Thank you.

We have just returned from a 3-night stay at Timpson Towers. As a family who rarely holiday in the UK - with the exception of Center Parcs, which has an abundance of activities on your doorstep – I have to say, we were somewhat apprehensive. However, we really needn’t have been – we had an absolutely wonderful, fun-filled yet relaxing few days away. Timpson Towers provided a clean, comfortable and well-equipped base for our mini-break. Most importantly, it has a prime location only minutes away from a beautiful sandy beach and a short walk along the sea wall from the most lovely little town. Wells-next-the-Sea has a quaint pedestrianised high street packed with independent boutique-type shops (The Pound Rooms in particular went down a treat with my 9-year-old twin daughters) and some lovely eateries (The Globe Inn and The Golden Fleece are highly recommended). During our stay, as well as ambling around town, we visited the nearby Holkham Hall (hiring bikes is a great way to explore the grounds) and took a boat trip to view the seals at Blakeney Point. We also travelled slightly further afield to the nearby, perhaps more traditional, seaside town of Cromer and paid a visit to Felbrigg Hall. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side during our stay (and we weren’t able to take full advantage of the beach) however the fact that we managed to have a great time despite the great British weather speaks volumes…plus now we have a good excuse to go back!

We have just come back from a lovely family weekend in Norfolk. I cannot fault anything. It was exactly what I wanted, quiet, relaxing, clean and stress free. I was worried about there not being any entertainment or a club house but I didn’t need to worry. If liveliness is what you want this isn’t the place to go. It couldn’t be any more relaxed. The caravan itself is immaculate modern and has everything you need from and Xbox to good pans to cook with. I honestly can not recommend timpson towers any higher and cannot wait for the decking to go up so we can enjoy it even more next time we come.

Like other reviewers, we hadn't considered Norfolk for a beach holiday before, but having returned from a week at Jonathan's new holiday home, I am delighted we did! The location is ideal - literally a few minutes walk away from one of the best beaches in the UK, with an outstanding Beach Cafe on the doorstep for those much needed earning more Lattes! The beach itself is so vast, even on a hot Sunday you never feel like you are surrounded by people! We even got to see some seals sunning themselves on the water's edge! You can also easily walk into Wells along the lagoon path, which is fascinating at both low and high tides! Jonathan has done an excellent job of furnishing and equipping the caravan, giving it the feel of a high quality hotel room throughout. Everything you need has been catered for, and things like in-ceiling speakers add a touch of class! The rooms have bigger proportions than most caravans I have stayed in, so you also feel like you have plenty of space to move around. The 2 full sized showers is also a huge advantage! I would definitely recommend a few days there, and we will be back next year and looking forward to seeing the new decking!

I would never have chosen to go to Norfolk but Jonathan is a friend of a friend so we gave it a go. I am so glad we did, what a jewel of a place. Wells has one of the most beautiful sandy beaches I have ever seen backed up green woodland. The children played in the sand for hours and then we headed into the woods to collect pine cones. The caravan is not a caravan but a modern, spotless and fully equipped home. We could have been in a chalet! The holiday park is very clean, the 5 star rating is evident throughout. We will definitely be heading back, with the children as there is still so much for us to see, however I would also like to visit child free to sample the impressive seafood restaurants and quaint pubs. It’s the perfect place for a family break or a romantic weekend away. Thank you Jonathan

We have just come back from a mid-week break. In estate agent speak the, colloquially known, ‘static’ is very well appointed and much more suited to its pet name of Timpson Towers. It is beautifully and thoughtfully presented with comfortable sofas, very well equipped kitchen, surprising amount of storage, everything anyone could want in terms of TV channels and ‘gaming’, decent Wifi connection and well chosen decor. Love the pictures. We particularly appreciated the number of electric sockets in sensible places and the central heating when we arrived mid evening in April, which made the place cosy within minutes. Although there were only two of us, we know families and larger parties will love having two bathrooms. Having a fire to settle in front of in colder months is a great touch. Equally, we imagine the BBQ and outside seating will be much enjoyed when the weather allows. Quaint (but well supplied with shops, pubs and other eateries) Wells-next-the-Sea’s central location on the north Norfolk coast is ideal for exploring this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Our three day mid-week itinerary in April:- Day One Shopped for essential supplies at the well stocked local Co-op. In nearby Blakeney, enjoyed coffee at the landmark Blakeney Hotel, taking in the fantastic, wide views over the coast. Its true what they say about the light here. Bought fresh crab salad sandwiches from beach stall and fresh fish for later. Took a ‘seal watching’ boat trip and learned about the history of the estuary and the area and spotted oyster catchers, terns, shell ducks, common and grey seals including young ones on the beach, little sailing boats typical to the area - the Stiffkey Cockle and the Norfolk Oyster if you’re into your boats - with their distinctive red sails á la Ransome’s Swallows and Amazons. In hospitable (tea, coffee and biscuits for small donation) Blakeney church investigated local lifeboat history (5332 lives saved in WWI), appreciated the stained glass windows, ‘clocked’ the two towers – one to guide in the boats of yesteryear. Had a drink in nearby Manor Hotel. Sunny enough to sit in the lovely garden with its 400 year old mulberry tree. On to neighbouring Cley-Next-the-Sea (now 1 mile away re reclamation work last century) to admire the very fine Norfolk windmill and the ‘whaleboned’ house and the traditional brick and flint houses – unspoilt little dwellings, not really changed for centuries Back to ‘Wells’, jogged to the beach to watched the sun go down. Voluntary Coastguard very chatty and informative. Back ‘home’ felt very cosy. Fish supper and easy ‘catch up’ TV (channel hopping at will), much enjoyed. Day Two Local Holkham Hall was enjoyable inside and out. Worth the cash layout but allow at least half a day. A late lunch in ‘Wells Deli’ seafront cafe followed fun mooching round the boutique/independent shops. Admired the famous colourful beach huts on Wells beach during miles of sea air afternoon walking on the expansive sands. Back at Pinewoods, out came garden chairs and table to ‘host’ pre dinner drinks, accompanied by rabbits scampering and duck sweethearts we named, ‘Daffy and Dyllis’, almost too familiar as they tried to hop ‘in house’. Eventually we ’bribed’ them with bread to waddle off. Delightful. Evening excursion to The Crown pub in Wells for ‘fine dining’ supper which more than lived up to expectations. Reassuringly expensive. Day Three In Burnham Thorpe (one of the 7 Burnhams – try to tick them all?), birthplace of Lord Admiral Nelson where his father was Rector, the pub and village hall bear his name and reference to him is dotted about the village and inside the church (clear, succinct review of his life). A very pleasant walk across farmland, field and stile, enhanced by much hawthorn blossom, hares, rabbits, the inevitable pheasants, windmills and peacock butterflies took us to The Hero (Nelson obvs.) pub at Burnhan Overy Staithe for coffee, by the salt marshes. The return leg took in the village Church of St Clement (dripping with yet more history). Lunch at The Hoste pub, named for Horatio’s best mate – William Hoste was great for food and fascinating info. about Burnham Market’s past. Left for Surrey via Little Walsingham. No time to do it justice. We need to return, on so many levels. In summary – very comfortable, expertly well thought out place to stay. So many more local ‘finds’ to explore. Can’t wait to come back. We were looking to book a holiday home at Pinewoods at short notice and came across Timpson Towers. Jonathan kindly booked us in at short notice and was really helpful and responded so quickly to my e mail. Wow we are so pleased we booked. We were so lucky with the weather with last week being the hottest week of the year made it better. Johnathans caravan was immaculate. All of the fixtures are of top quality. We loved the pictures which Johnathan has added. Its great for families or couples. Having 2 bathrooms is great. Having a dishwasher and washing machine is an added bonus. We had a fantastic week with lots of walks through the pinewood and beach. We are already planning our next holiday at Timpson Towers. The caravan is in a great location. A short walk to the beach and close to the footpath going to Wells. Thank you again. Cant wait for our next holiday.

We (myself, 2 children and lively 7 month old Cockapoo Honey) had a wonderful time at Timpson Towers, Pinewoods Holiday Park. It was our first time holidaying in a static caravan and I have to say we were delighted with it! The caravan itself was so much bigger than anticipated - it was immaculate and fully equipped to a high standard with everything you could possibly need. Wells-next-the Sea is a beautiful beach town with lots to do including arcades (big hit with the children), crabbing and boat trips. There is direct access to the beach from the holiday park and it has a dog friendly section, a lovely beach side café and seals!. All in all we had such a lovely time we have re-booked for the summer :-). Thank you Jonathan.

Wow! What can I say? We have just returned from a short break at Timpson Towers, and what a fab experience it was! Great communication from Jonathan start to finish, stunning static caravan, spotless site and beautiful location with the beach literally a few minutes walk away! You can tell that Jonathan takes great pride in his 'second home' and this is reflected in all the personal touches. Everything is of top specification and the WIFI booster made a huge difference. We shall be back!

Beautiful caravan, clean and fully equipped with all you could need (they have thought of everything - even an iron!). We had a wonderful stay - and did lots of walking. Being so close to the beach was a bonus and I can image in summer it would be even better. The town has lots of fantastic restaurants and I would definitely recommend. We look forward to future visits.

We have just arrived back from this mini Easter break and are extremely sad to be home, having had an amazing time despite the typical British weather! The caravan was immaculate with a lovely, homely feeling and had everything we could need despite us trying to think hard of anything missing - there truly wasn't! We spent our first afternoon exploring the area which again was very clean and popped briefly onto the beach before the rain set in for the evening and much to my daughter's (aged 6) delight, we spotted Seals! The following day was pouring with rain but that didn't dampen our spirits so we went onto the Caravan park's mini train (£1.50 single fare per person) which took us into the seaside town and we wandered around the delightful shops before stumbling across a lovely, reasonable pub called Edinburgh Inn to have a gorgeous meal. Then it was my Son's (age 10) desire to spend our money in the arcades, the 2p slot machines were a big hit! On Easter Day, the sun shone so we spent a couple of hours back on the beach, just wandering and collecting unusual shells plus Seal spotting again, 5 seen this time! Then back to the caravan (only 10 min walk) for lunch then we walked backed into town which took roughly 15 minutes to buy our souvenirs to remind us of this fab break! Daddy and the kiddies got the train back to the Caravan Park but I took the stroll back! I can't recommend this accommodation and it's setting highly enough. Despite not having a dog, I shall definitely be recommending to my doggy owner friends too as everywhere is so dog friendly, even in the town shops! Thank you again Jonathon for sharing your Timpson Towers with us and for being so 'on-hand' when/if needed. We are already looking at dates to return very soon!

We had a wonderful mini break here, just what we all needed! Your home is cosy, yet deceptively spacious, has every amenity you can think of, beautifully decorated, heating was amazing in the chilly evenings and beds were so comfortable. Our three girls felt very much at home We visited the harbour and the shops a few times, stopped off at the Edinburgh pub, ate fish and chips and went to the diner, visited the arcade and even won a toy on the grab machine (then had to bribe the owner to sell me one for our middle daughter ????) We also visited the Beach Cafe and saw seals no more than 5m lazing on the beach and some swimming. Very special experience! The beach itself is so clean, beautiful sands Then back to the holiday park for a very long run around in the playground. The onsite shop is great too, although my girls were gutted they couldn’t use the gym!!!! Thanks Jonathan for a great stay!

“I have just spent a weekend in Timpson Towers & it was just Fab. Siberian weather all weekend & the static was glowing with warmth - central heating & Gas fire. The twin beds were so comfortable I could have stayed in bed all day - a 12 year old & Dog walking put an end to that! It is such a wonderful 'home' environment - with everything from comfy sofas, amazing kitchen, big tv, Bluetooth speakers not to mention the wonderful beach, & Wells town all within walking distance. Hi Jonathan, We arrived in Wells just after 3pm and i'm afraid you can't have your Caravan back ?? it is absolutely beautiful and could quite easily buy it off you . Love the tree and all the Christmas decorations. Looking forward to staying here again in the Summer and Winter but not sure of Dates as yet.”
