Owner Description

This is a very spacious caravan being 38ft by 12ft, it includes a large living room area with a full size sofa which can be made into an extra bed if needed, there is a tv and dvd player, and decorative electric fire if needed but as the caravan is central heated you should be fine

There is a dining area with a 4 seater table and a small breakfast that are located by the kitchen which includes a gas stove, microwave, fridge freezer ect,

There is a small bedroom including two single beds with cupboards for storage space, and a large master bedroom with double bed and a separate door to access the main bathroom directly which includes a shower, bath and toilet

A second small toilet only bathroom sits opposite the small bedroom also

The front door leads onto a large raised decking area the length of the caravan which has plenty of room to spend summer evenings outside under the trees, from here you can look over the park and towards the surrounding mountains, there is also a natural grassed area under the trees to the back of the caravan.

Parking is available at the front and side of the caravan with access to the decking area via two gates at either the back or the front of the caravan.

There is a small shed outside which contains the washing and drying machines if needed.

The gas central heating keeps the caravan very warm, and provides all the hot water, there are radiators located in every room to make sure every where is warm and cosy.

The Park:
Aberdunant Hall has over 200 acres of woodland with streams, rock features and waterfalls and has plenty of walks from gentle strolls for the novice to more strenuous hill walks for the experienced walker.

There is a restaurant at the Country Club within the park which is a Victorian Manor House, the food is excellent and children are welcome in the Glaslyn Lounge. If food is not required then just have a drink on the terrace overlooking snowdonia.

There is a launderette on the site with washing machines and driers available to use at a small cost. If the facilities at the caravan are not enough for your needs, 5 mins drive down the road is the small village of Tremadog where there is a Spar shop, Fish and Chip shop, a Restaurant and a couple of pubs that sell food as well. In Porthmadog about 10mins further drive away there is a Tesco, Lidl, Aldi and a selection of other shops to visit. There are several places to eat and take-aways there too.

Wi-Fi is provided by the park and is available at a small fee, you can access the wifi and pay on your device through the webpage that is displayed when you connect, the signal can be intermittent..please make sure you connect to the strongest access point listed in your devices wi-fi settings.

Places of Interest:
Porthmadog is 3miles away and the is the starting point for the Ffestiniog and Welsh Hiland Railways, there is also a marina here

Portmerion is 3 miles away, this is an Italian Village that was famously used in the orginal TV series (The Prisoner).

Beddgelert is a famous walking village 3 miles east of Aberdunant. It has some nice river walks, tea shops, pubs and restaurants.

Snowdonia mountain is Wales highest mountain and is about 7 miles north of the park. On a clear day from the summit you can see Scotland, England, Wales and Ireland.

2 miles west of Porthmadog is black rock sands this is a large beach with 4 miles of unbroken sand which has a wide variety of water activities to enjoy.

The Llyn Peninsular Is also a nice area to visit which has golden beaches at Cricieth, Pwllheli and Abersoch, and also a nice place to visit is morfa nefyn which has a pub right on the beach

Just had the most amazing tranquil relaxed week in a very well equipped caravan. Everything you need is there, The massive decking is fab having a coffee or a beer watching the squirrals and the blue tits, playing and feeding. Booking and payment easy to complete and it was very nice that Michael contacted us while at the caravan to check that everything was ok. Being at the top of the park it was very quiet and peaceful. I felt so relaxed and de-stressed, just what we all needed. In the words of my 15 year old son "amazing", Hope to be back one day,

Just had the most amazing week in a beautiful tranquil setting, totally relaxed. Lovely caravan with massive decking which was ideal for alfresco eating and having a couple of glasses of wine watching the squirrals and bllue tits at the feeding station. Caravan is modern with every kitchen utensil you could think of and good size TV. The master bedroom was a very good size with 2 windows and access to bathroom. There is also a second toilet. Booking and payment was very easy to complete and it was lovely that Michael got in touch to ask that everything was OK. The park is beautiful with some lovely little walks on the park. I would come back again and have no hesitation staying in his caravan again. In the words of my 15 year old son he found the whole experience "amazing", Thank you for a fab week.

We really enjoyed our stay. The caravan was lovely, clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The large decked area is really useful and a lovely asset. The setting is spectacular, up a mountain with beautiful views (although the road to get there is pretty steep with a few sharp corners) The owner was very friendly and helpful. Communication was excellent, very quick to respond.
